I personally would not recommend this location to anyone/ I would not recommend T-Mobile. I went to this location in November of 2023 to get new iPhones for my family based on the promotion of getting a free iPhone 15 for new customers. I asked very specifically if I would receive an $830 credit for each iPhone 13 I was trading in. I was told that I would receive $830 on each phone. I was then told that on top of the $830 I would receive a fair market trade in of $260 per device that we could use to "buy extras or cover activation fees." During this process, we also heard the sales representative speak with the manager in the back assuring him that he was "going to get us to buy some add ons." I personally do not like to be treated like an idiot, so after physically hearing that I was about to be convinced to buy some overpriced extra's, I chose to put the money towards activation fees. I just received my first bill and saw that I owed money on each line for the device. The truth then came out, the $260 was a part of the $830 trade in value that was given up front on the day of purchase. The remaining $570 would be a statement credit on each device over a 24 month period. This was not explained at the store when I specifically asked about it. He continually reassured me that the $260 was on top of the $830. There are few things more important to me than integrity. This is an absolute lack of integrity/honesty. If this situation was based off of disinformation on the part of the sales associate, it is still unacceptable. Be a professional, know your job and do it well. Do not lie or try to make sales off of information you think is true. If your not sure get clarification. I asked clarifying questions throughout my visit to the store and was assured each time that we were getting money for the phones and extra money. This was obviously a sales tactic that I am know paying for because of his faulty information. I called the store back in order to get clarification and was treated harshly. I had to call a supervisor at T-Mobile corporate in order to finally get clarity on my bill and what was being charged. I explained what happened to me at this location and even she agreed that it is completely unacceptable. I hope no one else gets preyed on by this store's staff and horrible management.

All I have to say is ask for Christopher when you go. He knew everything you needed to know and answered all my questions and helped with everything. 5 Star Employee ??. I don't who these 1 star people delt with but I give them a 5 for my experience at this store.

Would give a 0 if I could. After 5 visits over the course of 2 months, the manager who was supposed to get me a credit for the watch that I never received bill credits for, because the sales person misled me and didn't put me on the right plan, she no longer works there and no one at the store is willing to help me because it's been too long. Which is not my fault. I regret my decision daily that i switched to T-Mobile

Don't believe anything they tell you when making a contract or buying a new phone from them. Bought 2 phones during deals and was only supposed to add a few dollars on the bill each month, nope a whole extra $70 on top of the 200. Between then and now our internet router is completely unresponsive, no power at all. Go to get a warranty replacement like tmobile customer service said, and the guy is trying to add on another router and charge more money. Tmobile customer service told us to deny that and the guy got mad and refused to warranty our box. You're a trash company, nothing has been right since I started service with you. Haven't even had service for a year and already looking for other providers.

We came in today and got two new phones and Daniel was such a great help and spent the time to make sure we got what we wanted and made sure to explain everything to us so we knew what we wanted to do. He was amazing! Thank you so much Daniel we love them!!

Let me just say that Christopher title “Mobile Expert” is exactly what he is. I recommend anyone who has an issue to ask for him. Not only can he multitask, but also resolve issues quickly. His work ethic is by far top tier and is humble, kind, and more importantly a “straight shooter” which is priority in my book. He definitely should be store Manager, as he makes sure the most disgruntled customer leaves satisfied; it is a superlative quality to have & makes T-Mobile look good.Daniel too who is an “expert in training” is attentive, quiet, and learning the trade, but also very informative with questions. Overall I give this store a 5 star, but mostly of Chris. Thank you Chris for your immediate concern toward my unfortunate matter, I remain,

Chris, Maurice and the whole staff of new faces are so friendly! I come in often to add services to my plan and plan for my growing family. I just want to point out how Chris and Maurice are always so patient and helpful this is and will always be my favorite store!!

We went in looking to see what phones and plans were available. It turns out that thru T mobile we are going to be paying less per month than the ones we are with now. We got a new plan and 2 free phones also. The staff is absolutely the best that a customer could ask for. They are knowledgeable, friendly and patient and do not push anything on the customer that he or she does not want. I am very very pleased with our decision to go with T mobile....

It started with me attempting to purchase a new lease agreement on a Apple Watch series 7. I had an old Apple Watch series 5 Nike that was essentially worthless however still paying on the agreement. After much incompetence by the store employees in Palmyra, PA. The employee decided that they could not sell me the new device because in their system it was calling the new device a “buyback”. Both employees stated that they have never seen this before and could not go through with selling me the Apple Watch. With no explanation I was merely moved to the side and another customer was being helped. I was confused and felt unheard. And to top things off a new Apple Watch series 7 is now showing in my device agreements in my T-Mobile app. Wow! Again with no explanation from the store employees. Please take this under advisement and have your employees retrained immediately. And now T-Mobile customer service is telling me that there is a third watch on my account! The sheer incompetence of these store employees was glaring as far as the eye could see!
