Speedway has been my twice a week stop for diesel in Campbelltown until this morning when I met the so called general manager. I pulled in, tapped my card and began to fuel not knowing that the so called general manager had prepaid the wrong pump for someone else. The manager then comes out being incredibly nasty and saying im pumping someone else's diesel and that I should've known like whatttt. I said sir you're being incredibly rude. I then started talking to the guy on the next pump over who was the one who prepaid. He was in disbelief at the severe lack of customer service. The guy then comes back out, I tell him how rude he is and that the mistake was his own. He then tells me he's the "manger" and that I am trespassing. I also work in customer service and if I were to treat a person like this manager treated me I wouldn't have a job. I will not be returning to the Campbelltown Speedway. Keep in mind I only pumped $3.00 worth of someone else's diesel before the manager caught his own mistake. The "Manager" made a mountain out of a mole hill.

Eric the cashier at night is a over achiever. 8 came in complaining to myself about my glaucoma situation and he literally pulled his phone out and got me the information I needed to help correct it. God bless that cashier! ?

What a joke. You have to PAY to put air in your tyres. NOT cool. Do not recommend. It also takes forever to fuel up your car and it shouts at you the whole time. If I could give zero stars I would!!!

I go in to buy lottery today from the guy gino and his boss yelling at me and at him for trying to sell me lottery books. The associate told me before that the limit is $1800 and his boss still yelling at me and him for this lottery books. I think his boss name Damian but this is lose of money for them and apparently the district manager doesn’t do nothing to resolve. This 1800 dollar purchase of lottery is policy and Damian does not follow the policy for purchase.

This store has gone to hell since losing mangers like Pat, Anthony, Kevin, and Trey. Current manager has the store in shambles and is always dirty with out of date product or no product at all. Older man behind the counter is extremely rude. Constantly closing early. Not to mention the older man and GM that likes to yell at customers or yell into their phone and use profanity in front of customers… been going here since it was was Hess… will be taking my business elsewhere as complaints to corporate have made no difference what so ever.

Terrible service. Staff would rather have customers wait for them to finish texting or playing games on their phones before they acknowledge anyone. Unpleasant and rude. Older gentleman the most ignorant person I’ve encountered working in any customer service setting I’ve been a patron of.
