How did woman hit my back bumper of my Toyota Prius going about 30 miles an hour and the most she did was break 2 brackets on the back side of my bumper that had my bumper hanging a little bit the gentleman at The Body Shop told me that all I needed were 2 brackets in order to fix it which basically are 2 pieces of plastic and they wanted to charge me a 300% mark Up on It I found the part on Amazon for $13 at its most expensive and the person at The Body Shop told me it wouldn't ever hold and I said well it's on prime and I don't think they would have a store front or be able to sell parts if they were selling bad auto parts to someone but he said that it probably wouldn't hold and that he was totally fine with charging me a 300% mark up and overcharging me by $40 for a part I could get on Amazon and I said well you can't on hear what I just Said and I'm still gonna be in and have you fix it however I want you to know that I know that you're charging more than double for your parts and while I'm OK with businesses making their kind of money that they need to make I'm not okay with you price gaging and then he said he didn't want to do the repair so not only do they price gouge they don't stand by their repairs they're not loyal to their customers they don't have a sense of kindness and dignity and they're not about the community regardless of what he says in his robottle to this

Ryan Miller and his team always had a great reputation. I took our Tahoe here after a minor front end collision. The insurance paid them around 9k to do all the repairs. Took 1 month, 3 visits back with complaints and the work is still not satisfactory.
Alignment of panels are off, front bumper has no bolts in it, pieces are loose, and the paint job looks bad.
Don't know why these guys fell off and it's unfortunate that my wife and I are on the receiving end of a bad quality job.
I went back 3 times, showed Dave and the owner Ryan Miller. They assured me it would be all taken care of but each time and still to this day it is not satisfactory.
I would hope they will respond or reach out to make it right once and for all then I can update this review to reflect that.
As for now from our experience I would seek out a more quality shop for your autobody repairs.

I've had a great relationship with Rmiller auto over the years. Great car guys, with lots of knowledge. Tho they do mostly collision work now, they know their stuff when it comes to car culture, especially the PA dubber scene (VW's)

We brought our car to R. Miller in the winter after an accident. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they were very patient as they answered the many questions that we had. They were also able to fit us in quickly, as many other local body shops had a wait time of 4 months or more. They didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't need, and they worked well with our insurance. Highly recommend!Services: Auto engine diagnostic

Very poor quality/work, the paint job for my vehicle did not last more than 8 months. They put the fender and other parts to left side all parts were extremely loose, just by driving smaller parts came off within 1 week. Called the place back since the insurance paid alot of money and they never found an issue. Do not recommend at all.

terrible workman ship headlight was put back in and held down with tie wraps the tweak in the body was not fixed. insurance suggested 7 days for repair had vehicle for 2 months. stay away
