Appointment was for a 6 month old puppy and she wasn't apprehensive about entering the office and she was comfortable while there. Thank you to everyone working the late morning of Thursday 2/22 - it'll be easy bringing her back ???

I cannot say enough good things about the clinic and staff. I am new to the area and had an emergency with my dog who was not even a known patient of the clinic’s, yet after calling and explaining my situation, they got me in immediately. All of the staff treated my pup with the best care, and were extremely good to me, with constant updates on how she was doing from the Dr. Pike herself, always asking if they could get me anything. I will recommend them to anyone. Needless to say we found ourselves a new vet.

I have had a few different pets (dogs, guinea pigs & cats) over the last 33 years and have ALWAYS taken them to Palmyra/Colonial Park Animal Clinics!

This place has the worst service I’ve ever experienced.. I took my rabbit here to be neutered, and at first everything was fine. However, when I went to pick him up from the vet, they did not give me the pain medication that I was supposed to get until I explicitly asked for it (they were about to send me off without it). Additionally, the receptionist encouraged me to hold my bunny when I got home to keep him warm. It wasn’t until I did my own research that I found out I should not have been handling him within the first few days. At this point, I realized that there was a lot of after-care information that was not delivered to me at the time of pick-up, nor did they inform me that the *limited* after-care information they DID provide me with was hidden in the back of a packet of medical papers. The worst part was the pain medicine situation: they gave me five days’ worth of medicine with a prescription for ten days. So, when I called and asked them to correct the issue, they told me to come in to pick up the additional five but didn’t tell me that they were CHARGING me for it. I called afterward to ask for a refund, and they never corrected the issue, stating that someone “signed off” on the medicine to confirm that it was for ten days. I did not spill or misplace any of the medicine—they simply did not give me enough and were too cheap to admit to this mistake. They never issued a refund for the medicine that I had ALREADY PAID FOR in the first place. I’m NEVER coming back and will continually let people know not to bring their business here. The interactions that I had with them were extremely unprofessional, immature, and frankly dangerous. My bunny could have suffered as a result of their carelessness (and, of course, I would have had to pay for the damage for not “properly” caring for him after the procedure). Take your business elsewhere.

Very disappointed in their billing and greed. When you prescribe 10 days of pain medication after surgery and indicate there is 10 days on the prescription bottle, that's what you should provide! Not have the consumer use their time and gas to come back to get the 5 days of medication that was missing and charge them again for the needed medication!

I have been a client with this practice since they opened. Taken many, many animals there. This was my last visit . Manager couldn't even have the decency to return a phone call. Doesn't matter what happened, but a return call at least acknowledging my concern would have be nice. Instead, you made it loud and clear you couldn't care less. When I called and spoke to Mary, she may as well told me to F off. You used to have a well respected practice, but your office staff of people lacking basic social skills, let alone customer service, has turned you into another poorly run business. My dog passed away two weeks ago under your care when I was not in the room. Still processing that. Too bad, thought Dr. Hann was a good Vet. Guess anyone can sell out.

They make you put a deposit down for appointments. Never have I had that at a Vet. It takes a while to get you in/make an appointment, and they do not seem to care if your pet has a tick problem. For that, I chose a different vet.
