I been a faithful lowes shopper,but a just a had experience with an online order I placed on July 20th 2024 ,I placed my order about an half hour before they closed so I didn't expect it to ready until the following day,got a message on the app and an email showing it was ready for pickup, got another message on both app and email again it was picked up at 9:51 pm the same day ,but it wasn't by me so they left somebody basically steal my items that I paid for they ask for ID when I pick other items I get ,so what the hockey sticks are they doing to other people's stuff, I chatted with at first Ai leo which is no help, I did finally talk with a real person I had hope was actually real,filled an investigation report with this person, she said someone would contact me next day,I decided just go to store in person to find out a employee moved items from pickup locker and started the whole debacle I froze my lowes credit card because I thought someone stole my information. This is unacceptable by any means & make me hesitate to order anything for curbside or store pickup again.
They really need to get there act together and fix this from happening to anyone else, Way to go lowes great job and for making sure people's online orders get themworked up if happens to someone else!!!!!!!
This probably the time I shop at that location. I'll be taking our business to the Lebanon pa location never had any issues with that store hopefully that continues we'll just have to learn the layout of this store not much different from other store just an older store layout and space.

Only thing giving this store is the plant clearance section. Today I was looking for a shelf, I was there alone and could not see some of the options that were higher up. I asked a gentleman that was standing at a desk by the appliance section, who clearly I was an inconvenience to, said “Idk you will have to go look” and proceeded to look at me like I was a bother to him..…. Not offering any other assistance…. not offering to maybe help look on their website…. because let’s face it, you can’t get service in their store….

I went to lowes to find replacement bolts for my motorcycle. This meant that I had to find and enter the fastener' you know' bolts, wood screws, metal screws, all kinds of screws and other such stuff. I only needed 6 bolts so that meant figuring out which drawer to lookin. I needed 10mm by 50mm with 1.25 threading , stainless steel. I didn't have my glasses, of course. I am confused, half blind and looking for help. The fellow that showed up to help showed me to the right drawers (metric drawer colors are muted beige and hard to pick out). Found the correct but empty bins for the size I needed and he showed me the thing you can use to determine the threading needed. Now I have every thing I need except no bolts in the bin. The gentleman searched every bin in the drawer and then all the metric drawers to the south and all to the north. I was getting a little impatient with how long it took but he found 3 of the 4 bolts that I needed.
I went to a different lowes to find the fourth. Good thing I met helpful Harry at the first store cause I knew exactly how to find what I was looking for.....double good thing cause the guy that came to help me there clueless....he didn't even know about the thread identifier thing. I found the bolts I needed, taught the dude how to find a 10mm by 50mm 1.25 thread stainlees steel bolt and was on my way. Thank you helpful Harry.

Great store. Always loved the service. Bought some Beautiful majesty palms and noticed the supplier tagged them as FULL SUN. This couldn't be further from the truth. I have a couple majesty's and they thrive in shade. The smallest amount of direct sunlight will burn the fronds. They like humidity, slightly wet feet, and shade. A little water in the bottom of your drip tray will do. If you follow the nursery tag, I promise you, you'll have burned fronds. They're tall, full and gorgeous! Don't set them in the sun.
