Skill level- Amateur rider. Bought a Cannondale 6 months ago. Owner spent enough time with me to sell the bike and that’s about it. Did not spend time with me reviewing bike features. Has not reached out to me since the bike purchase. Customer Service needs attention. I have since purchased several items for biking and had he been more interactive I would have purchased those items from Leeds.

Great service and always a quick turn around on our tri-bikes. Been going here for years and nice to have a bike shop that caters to all types of cycling enthusiasts. Saysana is a fantastic bike mechanic! Highly recommend.

I love this bike shop. In the last year I have purchased four bikes from Saysana. I have had nothing but positive experiences each time I have stopped in. All of my repairs have been made quickly and affordably. His prices on accessories / parts are better than amazon. Saysana has always been respectful with my wife and I. My wife can go there alone without the concern of being taken advantage of or talked down to because she is a female. Name one local bike shop where the owner has you send him videos of your bikes issues and tries to diagnosis the problem or goes for a bike ride with you to help figure out the problem. Saysana is a top notch guy. I am extremely grateful his shop in nearby.

All I needed was a replacement chain for my bike. I called ahead to check. No nonsense. Low price. Straight to the point. I was in and out in three minutes. My kind of place.

My experience buying a mountain bike from Leed’s Cyclery was great. I reached out to Saysana (Shop Owner) about one of the Ibis bikes he still had in box, just a few days before Christmas. I fully expected that the bike wouldn’t be ready to pickup until some time in January, but he had it ready for me less than 48 hours later the day before Christmas Eve. That’s customer service my friends.

Love this bike shop! There’s a great variety of bikes and accessories to choose from. The owner, Says, is super helpful and knowledgeable. If he doesn’t have what you need, he will order it for you. I’ve bought a couple bikes from him and am always impressed!!! This place is “wheely” great place!!

Yet another great bike from Leeds! My Ibis Ripmo arrived after a lengthy wait due to supply chain issues. It was built at the shop with the same attention to detail that I have come to expect from these guys. Seat height, shock pressure, etc, all thought about during the build instead of as an afterthought. The owner even took the time to find a replacement wheel for the last bike I bought from him and informed me it would be a warranty so there was no charge. One of the last true 'pro' bicycle shops with an owner who rides and is part of the sport on all levels. Thanks!!

This place is a joke run from this shop. First the owner doesn't acknowledge anyone when they enter his business should have belived what I read in previous reviews. I Bought my son a hybrid cannondale that was never set up or put together correctly. The bike was never even ridden except for once down the street and not even 500 yards and the derailer breaks off. Call this clown and he says I will have to pay all parts and labor as it had to be dropped guess what it wasn't. And my son isn't a kid a grown man didn't even offer to try and make this right. well we took it to a different shop to be repaired and the breaks weren't tight 1/2 the hardware was loose and the chain was hobbled together with a BMX masterlink and that is what broke the derailer. The scarry thing is my son could have been hurt terribly bad because of a wanna be bike mechanic. Do yourself a favor stay away from this place for you and your family's safety.

Called a while back and asked if they have mountain bikes and the guy told me "all our stuff is over $400 so don't bother". Then basically hung up without any other help or advice at all. Today I stopped in with my wife and younger kid looking for a birthday surprise for our 10yr old daughter not knowing what types of bikes they carry. Soon as I walk in, the guys (couldn't tell who was an employee, all in conversation) glanced over at us, no greeting and continued their conversation. I stood around for another minute, still no interaction from them, so I left. Not sure if the owner was there but at least one of them had to be an employee with horrible customer skills. At least I can only hope it's poor customer service and not the fact that we are Latino. I guess it only takes a second to glance over and judge someone. Won't recommend them to anyone.

Best shop around - owner is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to take care of customers - 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to purchase or repair - can't wait to stop by again soon!
