Ever since Dr. Wagner retired this place has went downhill fast on the other doctors which they have many of our absolutely 100% incompetent they do anything they can to do the exact opposite of their job they do not help save your money save your time and possibly your life by going somewhere else

I was just at this place today and the receptionist was very rude towards me. Asking me to tell her my date of birth with other people around checking in. To me she doesn't belong working with the general public. I will never go there again.

I am a new patient with past serious chronic health conditions , but Dr Shrieber and her team were amazing . I was so anxious about getting established somewhere new with such a long list of health issues , but everyone was kind and compassionate . She was a great listener and I felt heard and cared about . It was so important to me to have this kind of doctor . Everyone was terrific from check in to check out ! Such a blessing and an answer to my prayers .

Dr Schreiber is hands down the best doctor I've ever had. She listens to me and trusts me, and in turn I trust her. We work in tandem to do what's in my best interest. I've never had long waits, I've always had pleasant nurses. I cannot recommend this facility enough.

Can’t recommend any dr more than Dr. Berger. Went in on a routine visit and Dr. Berger found abnormal things in my blood leading to my cancer diagnosis and in turn saving my life.

My mother was a patient for years. I was diagnosed with a blood mutation that gave me three separate pulmonary embolisms. It came from one of my parents so I told my mother to get tested. Her doctor at LVMC told her that her insurance rates may go up if she tested so she didn’t. She died from a blood clot in her intestines. My moms sister went to her doctor and she tested and had the same mutation only worse than me. Her doctor told her what to watch out for. My mother may still be alive today if they tested her. I would highly recommend you keep looking for a facility that looks out for your best interest and not $1 or $2.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been going here for a few years now and I’m never going back. I’ve had swelling and pain in my abdomen and because I’m young no one in this place seems to care. When I’m talking to people in here I might as well be talking to a wall. I was supposed to have an ultrasound done and they told me not to eat anything. When I go in I’m told they have to reschedule my appointment because I put milk in my coffee. So they schedule me a week out. I’ve been trying to get answers for 6 months and I can’t get anything done.

This office is unable to provide any information about how much services cost if they are not covered by insurance. The office staff is very unhelpful and some of them are straight up rude! This is my second visit at this office and I’m thinking of finding a different doctor who has transparent fees and friendly staff members. No wonder this doctor’s office has a bad reputation in the area!

This doctors office has been nothing but a nightmare. If you’re reading this review do your self a favor and go elsewhere. They’re billing department has no clue what they’re doing. The doc had my daughter a teenager do a self swap for a yeast infection and I get a bill from quest diagnostics for over a $1,000 yes that is right. Called the doctors office they had no clue. Recently my daughter caught lice in school, called asking for a prescription to treat it, they didn’t call me back but 2 days later after me calling multiple times just to tell me to go to the pharmacy and buy something over the counter. Really!! I called another doctors office and they scheduled us right away and prescribed ivermectin, definitely I’m sure it’s better than what I could buy at CVS. I mean the lack of care it’s just horrible. Like I said save yourself time and aggravation and go to a place where they’ll care for you when you need the most.

Dr Keller is a very caring and compassionate doctor and I think Lebanon family medicine she get an acupuncture back there they want everyone off pain pills they should try to get an acupuncture back there cuz she has helped my back a hundred percent, no taking put medicine for my back to just ease the pain she literally helped my back you don't know what it's like to be in pain 24/7 and get out of bed and have to get back in bed because you can't stand the pain so Dr Keller get a get a acupuncture back there pronto talk to the rest of the doctors

Really friendly, helpful staff! They are a busy office but we've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for our appointments.

Valerie from the billing office called me about a bill around $30, since covid I haven’t been in at which time I would happily pay any bill I owe but instead Valerie thinks she should verbally assault me into paying my bill, which $25 of it I’m pretty sure I can show I paid with my canceled check! Since I pay everytime I come there with a check and have for 20 or more years! I’ve been coming to this office for probably 20 plus years and have always paid my bill. Valerie thinks she can brow beat people into paying, which is an outrageous way to treat any customers and I guess she would be fine with it since her direct supervisor, Jeanette seems to be fine with it also! So it’s not surprising they treat people so horribly! It starts at the top I guess! So if your looking for a new docters office I would suggest avoiding lebanon family practice-ALL locations! If you like being talked to like a child then by all means make this your new Drs office!
