we were stranded on our holiday travels. JR got our truck in almost immediately and arranged a ride for us to a hotel. We were back on the road ASAP. Great crew and great place!!!

We worked with Andre with a suburban and a sedan. The only thing we were not happy with was that after spending over 60,000$ For the suburban we received it with the gas tank on E. I did reach out to Andre and he made sure that when I bring it in for a more thorough detail he will fill the tank up. Customer service was good and most people in the office were friendly and asked if you needed anything while waiting

OK so we call they say were pre-approved we tell them our car is on its last leg we tell them what we have for a down payment before we get there and Kris said that's perfect we definitely can work with that so we get there he tells us we have to get approved which he previously told us approved and then wants to charge us a 4000 dollar down payment for a car that's only worth that we didn't get to choose a car they told us what car which is a Chevy Cruz the bottom of the barrel it was a 2014 used car we've found all of those are only worth around 4000 so we were pretty much buying straight out but getting charged all kinds of interest for a loan so when they say pre approved its a ploy to get you there

I stopped in to get a quote on a trade in and possibly purchase a vehicle about 5 months ago. Since then i get repeated text messages from LEWIS GILES, the salesman i had to deal with. The first two times i was very polite when i asked him to stop texting me as we purchased from another location, and he continues to send BS text messages and references credit applications i never put in. Totally inappropriate (and shady) behavior from a salesperson.For this reason, I will no longer even think about using Klick Lewis since they allow their sales staff to act in an unprofessional manner and i will warn everyone I can about this behavior.

The service department at Klick Lewis was great. They fixed my trucks windshield, and while doing an inspection on my wife's car, kindly explained why it was unsafe to drive!

I recently had issues with my check engine light and it turned out to be a manufacturer problem with the engine possibly burning oil too quickly. I called and spoke to Scott Rhine and he explained what the issue may be and to bring my vehicle back in at 1000 miles to check and see if that is the problem, at no charge. I appreciate the explanation of the potential problem and his willingness to try to find the problem and make it right. Thank you Scott and the Klick Lewis service team!

I always get spectacular service from Scott Rhine and the rest of the Klick Lewis service team. My front defogger stopped working and they were able to jump on it and fix quickly, getting me back on the road in no time. They do a great job at finding and explaining the problem. You're always treated like family at Klick Lewis.
