Additional Review on 9/7/2024:
Jack Williams in Palmyra did it again! I stopped their today telling them that I had an inspection coming up in a few days and that my TPMS light was on. I'd explained that I'd just replaced all my tires with much better tires from the same model car that I'd had off the road for a year or so. I asked them if they could do something to reset the TPMS light. The gentleman at the desk went into the garage to speak with one of his experts, came back out, and told me that they may be able to fix this right now. Within 20 minutes, it was fixed - no more TPMS light. Wow, very impressive and prompt service once again from this local Jack Williams shop - and, they didn't even charge me. They didn't even know if I was a customer - they'd never asked. Still, yep, they did it for free. Just love these guys!
Review back in 2021: They got my tires changed the same day that I'd called them. They ordered the tires I wanted, since they didn't have them on stock, but they had these tires on hand within a few hours and installed them. Great experience!

Unreal. Scheduled a mount/balance and alignment. They thrashed my wheels, balance was completely off (I had death wobble), and I paid for an alignment that either wasn’t done or completely off. My local shop at home fixed me up and let me know 1 wheel was 3oz off and toe on the alignment was way off. Never again.

Than you guys at JW Palmyra!!! Needed to stop for an emergency tire replacement due to piece of metal in my rear tire. Was like stopping a my own personal pit crew! In and out two new tires in 30min!!! Great price too and free WiFi! Thanks again guys!

Great place to go if you need anything relating to your car. Once had a wiper get bent and they replaced it with a similar one when it couldn’t be fixed. Recently I called to get my tires refilled and noticed one of my tires was pretty low. The gentleman who filled my tires had said he noticed a nail stuck in that tire and that is why there is probably a slow leak with that tire. I made an appointment to bring my van in the next day to have that tire looked at. They were able to remove the nail and repair the leak free of charge! I will certainly continue to come to Jack Williams, should I have any other issues with my van in the future. Thank you.

I called on a Saturday for repair of a slow leak in my car tire. I was given a same day appointment and had the repair completed. I called the next day when I noticed a large bolt impaled into my truck tire which was leaking. Again, I was given a same day appointment, and the tire was promptly prepared. I greatly appreciated the quick response time and service on the weekend. Thank you for taking care of us and getting us back on the road for work on Monday!

I needed to get to an appointment when my tire started leaking. I pulled in to Jack Williams and they got my car in immediately! They were quick and very friendly. Would definitely refer friends to go there!
