“Great location near Hershey Park. Rooms were average overall, but very well kept and clean. All the staff here I interacted with were very helpful and friendly. When I had a dead car battery the next morning, the front desk staff were happy and quick to help me out. The laundry room person who assisted me was really nice. I wish I could remember his name to give him thanks here. Free breakfast has a great selection to get the day started. The only thing missing is a shuttle to Hershey Park to avoid paying the parking fee there. I'll be back my next visit to Hershey.
Rooms: Somewhat basic, but nice and well kept.
Nearby activities: Hershey Park a 5 minute drive away. Downtown Hershey very close by, 2-3 minute drive, with many good restaurants.
Walkability: Not really walking distance to much, although we did do the 2 mile walk to Hershey Park the first night were we were there since we're avid walkers.”

“Our stay at the Hershey Hotel in Hershey, Pennsylvania, was nothing short of exceptional! The staff was incredibly friendly, with a special shoutout to Taylor from guest services who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The property itself is gorgeous, providing a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. They are extremely accommodating and wonderfully kid-friendly, making it a perfect family getaway.
The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and there are many other great restaurants on the property. Just a tip: make reservations early to secure your spot. The shuttle service to the park is convenient and efficient, adding to the overall ease of our stay.
The hotel boasts a wonderful outdoor kids' pool and an indoor pool, both of which our family thoroughly enjoyed. There are plenty of fun activities to keep everyone entertained. We highly recommend the Hershey Hotel for a delightful and memorable experience!”

“Everything about my experience was great.Check in was quick, the room was clean and well appointed.The Continental breakfast offers many gluten free options. This was surprising and very much appreciated. I hope that more hotels will offer gluten free bagels and muffins in addition to the usual breakfast options.Rooms: The room was very clean and spacious.Food & drinks: There are many gluten free options available.”

“We stayed there on 3/23/24-3/24/24. We found the room quite clean with plenty of room. Chris P the night shift rep was quite nice and informative. The check in process went seamlessly. This will be our go to it motel for all future visits to Hershey. The housekeeping manager was quite dedicated in the performance of her duties.”
“Only stayed 1 night. Shopping at Hershey Outlets. Great experience. As usual at Best Western, clean rooms, usual breakfast. Would have loved to have known that there was a soccer league (tournament) that was happening. They cleaned out the breakfast before the people tending could refill it. All ok, though. At least they were quite.”

“Breakfast was super thorough and many options available.Safety: Police station is just a few minutes away so probability of your car being broken into is slim.Walkability: There is a lot of stores within walking distance for example sheetz, Wendy’s, McDonald’s and a few other stores.”

“I misplaced my truck keys when leaving and the owner.And cleaning lady Searched everywhere and they were in my clothes. I would recommend this place to anyone. Real nice in the country.

“While working 8 months in the Bethel PA area, my wife and I stayed here more than 30 nights. I can’t say enough good things about this location. They are always accommodating and made each stay feel like home. From staying with our 2 dogs, getting directions to great food spots, requesting our favorite room 111, and asking for early check ins! They met and far exceeded most every expectation we had. There was an issue with the hot water that took a day to fix but they offered to allow showers at their personal home during this repair. While I personally couldn’t see myself showering in another person’s home. The fact that they were proactive and solution focused made the situation 100% better. We gladly drove the 31 mins while passing many other hotels each time solely because this location made us feel like VIP guests and family. No bugs in any of the rooms we stayed in. Their sheets/towels/carpet were clean and free of stains. Breakfast was hot and had a good selection. Highly recommended!Brian and Bianca”

“Proximity to our event location was wonderful. Place was CLEAN and the price was shockingly low. I checked extensively for bedbugs prior to bringing my things in, as I've had to leave places but this place passed my inspection. The mini frig was cold, never used the microwave, bathroom clean and shower curtain was hung in a way that was so fancy! Was feeling so grateful and the first night was wonderful, couldn't even hear traffic. On the second night, the walls are paper thin and I listened for over an hour to a long, boring conversation stated quietly by the couple in the next room until my roommate talked of banging on the wall. After another half hour, I started recording them so I could take the recording next door to ask for quiet, but somehow, as I was getting up to get dressed, they decided to sleep, and was quiet, finally. If the roommate hadn't gotten up at 5am, the 4 and a half hours of sleep would have been okay.The breakfast was standard but really good and I would stay there again, but ask not to be beside anyone, at all. The best part of the whole experience was the greeting I got from the staff checking me in. I'd called the day before with questions and my last name got a huge smile in response as they welcomed me using my first name! I think his name was Gino and he was willing to answer all my questions. Really great staff there.Safety: The keys were not easy to work but finally did after multiple efforts. I felt safe in this place, and that doesn't happen often, knowing the staff was very engaging and helpful.”

“Beth was a sweetheart upon check in. She was multitasking as I was checking in but still acknowledged my presence with a smile. A bed and hot shower is all I really needed to get by. My only negative I wish they had a bigger fridge and better locks. They do have cameras on each floor and well lit parking.”

“The staff were accommodating, but the rooms were awful. When we first got to our room and opened door there was water everywhere from a malfunctioning fridge and the lights didn't work. Our 2nd room was very dirty and the toilet kept clogging up, I had to get a plunger from staff.”

“Was going to cancel based solely on reviews. I'm glad I didn't. The first person I ran into couldn't speak English . She immediately went for someone who took care of check ins.He was very friendly. He let me check in early. The room was spotless. Bathroom same way. The elevator was fine.I unloaded our car and went to pickup my wife at her seminar.She was concerned about the negative reviews also.We were both really happy with the accommodations.The breakfast was really wonderful.Everything was covered. They had a great assortment of goodies.We will stay here again.”
