1.they will let you check in as early as you want.... But don't think for one second you're going to get loaded early.2. My appointment came thru loaded me 6 hrs later... 10am didn't leave until 730 pm. FYI... No other trucks were there... I have no clue why it took so fxxkin long3. They loaded me heavy in the back I was 36k to the rear ??♂️WASTE ? of time....Watch out for the cops getting there...

Reefer must be food grade clean without damages to the floor and walls. They have small vending store at shipping and receiving, bathroom inside available too. Don't expect any free samples.

Basically has every problem a shipper can have. Extreme waiting times at the gate, extremely rude staff at the gate, they give you instruction paperwork through a tube instead of handing it to you 5 feet away, shipping office to get your paperwork, but the door is locked, nobody answers the phone, would not come here again

My second time here picking up a load going to Canada, both times I’ve been here everyone is so rude and disrespectful. The ONLY nice person is the older guy with white hair in the shipping office, he’s really really nice, everyone else here is rude and unfriendly.

Just so u know make sure your trailer is sooo clean you can eat off the floor. Came here at 10am the guard check my trailer and told me to go to a door, I was In the door for two hours and they told me I needed to go get a wash out even though my trailer was clean as u can see before and after pics. I went got a wash out and got the same door. Been sitting her for over a hour and they barely touched my trailer. It’s almost 5pm and I’m still here , don’t come here if u value your time,Very unprofessional and incompetent. Will not do business with these people again

Checked in for live load at 1pm given door right away. Started loading 5pm done loading 7pm waited 1 more hour in the office to get my bills and extra hour at the gate to check out. I was out the door at 9pm avoid this place if you're coming for live load/ unload

This place sucks had a 21:00 appointment it is now 03:04 and I have yet to see them start loading that’s ok like the someone else said they must love giving away money on detention but if and when I should get loaded I’ll never come back here again

Slow slow slow , appointment at 1:00 pm check in at 10:00 AM got door , they started at 1:30 pm finish at 5:00 PM .

Gate gives you a piece of paper saying drop your trailer then go to shipping office for your "load information ". I did exactly that and shipping staff told me to go back to my trailer until I get a green light THEN go to the shipping office. The smartest people here can't get a 2 inch square piece of paper right. Multinational multi-billion $ company and this is the best they can do.18 years driving truck you'd think I'd be used to stupidity......... I'm not.

This place isn’t bad at all they go by appt u could check in before ur appt time n they will give u a door but they won’t load u before ur appt time the good think about this place is they have big space to back in n there’s a clean restrooms n nice break room they have vending machine n stuff u could buy but they won’t allow for overnight parking .

Arrived on 12/13 at 1456 for a 1700 appt. Currently 12/14 at 0136 and I have yet to be loaded still sitting at dock door. Apparently they don't mind paying detention ??♂️ I'll keep you updated. 0230 finally locked in at dock & starting to be load. It's now 0800 and still locked on dock ??♂️
