This pharmacy is a constant HASSLE. Expect issues with getting prescriptions filled, and unfriendly employees! Now you can’t even speak to the pharmacist over the phone… you have to leave a message or use the app ?. What happened to service? SO disappointing that it’s taken 2 days of back and forth via voicemail to just find out if my prescription could be refilled.

I was a longtime CVS Customer in Michigan and was very satisfied. When I moved to Palmyra I was greatly dismayed by the horrendous customer.service and bad attitudes of their staff. The staff is aggressively argumentative and have an air of entitlement and self importance that is borderline pathological. It's so pathetic it's almost comical. Save yourself from being abused and find anywhere else to buy your pharmacy needs.
The Weis Pharmacy just a few blocks away is excellent!

Early in April of 2023, I called this CVS re a passport photo. I went to the store, waited ten minutes to be acknowledged even though the store was nearly empty and had the passport photo taken. The background looked a little blue and I called it to the attention of the clerk taking the photo. She said that their computer system checked it and approved the photo. Four weeks later I received a letter from the Dept. of State Passport Agency requesting a replacement photo--the photo sent did not meet the published specifications. I went back to the same CVS to request a corrected photo or a refund. The clerk was reasonably amiable and went to find the store manager. The store manager all but called me a liar saying that their computer system could not possibly be wrong and, refusing to speak to me, said to the clerk "How do we know he even did it here?" I showed her the Dept. of State letter and my credit card receipt after which she argued, citing no actual facts, and finally, walking away in a huff, told the clerk to continue. The new photo was indeed very different from the first photo. THEIR COMPUTER EVALUATION SYSTEM IS NOT NECESSARILY ACCURATE. I would have continued without complaint, even after accruing a month's delay, several hours of my time wasted, and additional certified mail costs, but the store manager was arrogant and rude as well as ill-informed.

I was in the pharmacy and a female manager very unprofessionally came into that area with a very raised voice complaining about a trainee wearing shorts that had come to work. I'm assuming he wasn't told not to which was not the pharmacist problem, it was the managements originally because they should have told him. He was very kind to run home to change with less than an hour left in his shift. The appropriate thing to do was take him aside and explain, instead of loudly showing her authority in front of all the customers. She could have given him a warning and let it go. If employees are so hard to find, I can see why if the bosses don't give some grace, and talk to people as they would like to be talked to.

The arrogance of them young people behind that pharmacy counter is astonishing. It's people like them that probably got bullied in school and was always telling on people.

My first time having a prescription filled here. There was an accident that prevented me from getting to cvs when I wanted to. I got there at 6:58 and they were already closed. The pharmacist yelled through the security gate that it was now 7 and they were closed. The attitude was unreal and she has no business working with the public. Terrible first impression and I would not allow that attitude in my place of employment. They really wanted to get of work at a good time. I see by reading the reviews before mine that this is who they are. Management needs to address these poor attitudes and remove the cancer that works there. Edit: showed up at 6:55 ie 5 minutes to close and they shut the security gate while I was in line at the drive through. This staff is a joke. If your hours say 7:00 pm you should help customers until that point. I didn’t get out of work until 6:45 and I need blood pressure medicine to not have a stroke. The whole staff needs fired and spit on. Worthless group of people that’s going to have people die because they didn’t get the medication they need to survive. Drive to Hershey before these good for nothing scumbags who do not care about the community they serve.

Pharmacists are always helpful but staff at pharmacy are often snippy with a bad attitude when I ask questions or try to resolve a problem.

I just left CVS pharmacy in Palmyra PA East Main Street. The pharmacy staff is very lacking in cordial manners and professionalism. I do not want to hear the people behind the counter discussing songs about pussys and bitches. Please remember that your counter is opened to the public.

Pharmacy staff could use an attitude adjustment. They are rude, unfriendly, in a hurry and over don’t care. This was my experience.
