I gave them a glowing review some time ago. My latest experience was a disaster. They vaccinated the wrong cat after I had told at the time I handed them to them which cat was getting what and they still mixed them up. They said there was no charge for the vaccination of the wrong cat, like I was going to pay for their mistake. I think I am going 6 find a new veterinarian.

DO NOT GO HERE! .... I was looking for a new vet after moving to the area and gave this place a try as my cat was biting under her tail and it was severely inflamed. The vet came in the room, noticed her ears were red and some scabs around them. I told him this happens every year around this time and that she gets ear drops for it. He gave me drops to take home, with no instructions on. He gave her a steroid shot to help with the itching, but wait.....you didnt examine her!!!! Not once did he lift her tail to look at her inflamed backside, didnt take her temp, didnt feel her abdomen, check her heart, teeth or anything else! Didnt ask if I changed detergents or her food, nothing! I called in approximately 4 days after visit saying its not better. They said wait another 3 days. I did, nothing changed. They offered me a cream, I said for what??? As you didnt even look at it!! They wanted me to pay for another visit, I said no! I told them it should be free. After an entire day they called back saying I could see the same vet for a free exam. I said no!!! In the end I drove over an hour to my old vet, they lifted the tail and said its a yeast infection. She was given an antibiotic and special wipes to use for 2wks. Now how hard was that!! Do not go to this vet!! Not only did they charge me $218 to not even lift my cats tail, they also do not have scales in the exam room so your cat will have to be weighed on a floor scale mid waiting room with noise and dogs. I've never experienced something so horrid!! Stay away!!!

This was the worst experience of my life!!! For years, over 20, we trusted Doctor Clemens with our dogs. 3 1/2 months ago my great dane was diagnosed with wobblers. I was told by doctor Migliore to come back in 30 days for a ct. Every month I called and was told doctor Migliore would call. Yesterday my dog collapsed on my kitchen floor and could not get up. With the help of great neighbors we got my 160 pound dog in the car. When we got to the clinic they had no way to get my dog in. Thank God friends were with us. We were told by the doctor on duty, after she made multiple calls that we would have to go to Penn because they could not perform the surgery he would need. Doctor Migliore was at another office and was "too busy" to talk to us. My husband talked to doctor Hann would was dismissive. After the poor doctor on duty, who was in way over her head finally did a pain response test on my dog we determined that it would best for Phoenix to say good bye to this world. My biggest issue is of they knew they couldn't do the surgery why wouldn't they just refer me to Penn 3 months ago for treatment. Was the ct expense sp important to their bottom line? I trusted these doctors and I was betrayed. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU JUST NEED SHOTS FOR YOUR PET!!!

We have been using Dr Clements for close to 30 years, I would not take my pets anywhere else! Recently, we had to visit the Palmyra clinic on a Sunday afternoon. The doctor and staff that responded were very helpful and reassuring.

Recently we needed to board one of our two cats as a last minute precaution prior to leaving on vacation in case he was in need of any medical treatments. I called the Colonial Park Clinic on a Friday night at 6 p.m. and we were able to drop off our cat immediately to have him boarded at the Palmyra Clinic. Luckily our cat only needed boarding, no hospitalization. Unfortunately the cat we left at home died expectantly two days later while we were away. The care and compassion by all of the staff we encountered during our numerous tearful calls from out of country was unbelievable. I really can't say enough about how everyone treated our sick cat, us and our deceased cat. It warms my heart to know how much they care about our fur babies. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

My Ruger has been a patient of Dr.Clements for many years ! Dr. Clements expertise is excellent ! He diagnosed Rugers torn ACL as he watched Ruger walk . I had Ruger seen at two other veterinarians and had x-rays and examinations and both were not able to come to a diagnosis. Ruger has had several lumps removed and biopsied in the past and yesterday he had to have more removed. I now reside in Delaware. Dr.Clements has my trust and respect and was worth driving three hours to have him perform the surgery ! He immediately accommodated my schedule and performed the surgery the following day ! I can feel confidant that my pets are getting the best care possible with Dr. Clements and his associates. My sister has used their clinic for 40 years and my mom also uses the clinic ! Definitely a great clinic !

I usually go to their Pine Grove clinic, but in an emergency after hours we go to the Palmyra branch. These are the only two vet clinics I trust with my pets. Five star for their treatment and caring.

There is not a better staff anywhere. They have treated our dogs for many years and are excellent. The vets and staff are very caring and love our dogs as much as we do.

We are a dog rescue and the vets at Palmyra have saved MANY of our dogs. Many dogs that other vets have given up on. I LOVE that they are available 24/7 and you NEVER need to go to an emergency pet that doesn't know your best friend at all and you don't know the vet. I do not feel that there is any greater service than 24/7 care of our best friends!!! Thank you Palmyra for being so AMAZING!!!

My dogs have been treated by the team at Palmyra Animal Clinic for over 20 years. Chester and Violet are very well cared for by the team. Our late Jack Russell Terrier, Buddy, was well taken care of through entire life. Boarding, Grooming, Routine visit, Surgery, Therapy and final end of life they helped and treated us well. Thanks Palmyra Animal Clinic!
