First time here, my girlfriend and I are AANR members so we travel around the country to different resorts. We brought her friend with us this time. Sunny Rest is one of the nicer nudist resorts in the midwest/east coast. It gets very busy but having both pools and hot centrally located to everything makes it nice. The bar is solid and food isn't too bad. Prices for overnight stays and daily membership is a little higher than most resorts we've visited in the US including cypress Cove. There is definitely a lot of members who were very friendly and helpful. Karaoke on Thursday was fun and the nigh club on the weekends were mostly clothed outside of the resort people. Overall a great place to sit by the pool nude and relax. Lots of fun themed weekends and our aanr membership got us a discount. Only downfall is the price compared to other resorts. But if we're in the area we will be back.

It's only the best place ever. SRR is not about lavish accommodations and premiere service, it is about real people living their best lives. It is about real interactions with people and being who you are with no judgement. There is really no other place like itSafety: You are not safer anywhere else. The community is tight and we take care of one another.Walkability: Many people walk the grounds daily. There is also a beautiful nature trail of you prefer the seclusion of nature

We go here on a day basis a couple of times a summer on a weekday. Everyone very friendly, snack bar and drinks bar are very reasonably priced and always fresh and tasty. The pool is heated and there are always plenty of lounge chairs available. In the morning there's usually a rousing, though friendly game of pool volleyball. The rest of the day we just lounge and swim. The only knock is that the music speakers are often way too loud.

Spent the night and the following morning here while passing through The Poconos on my Summer Bucket List Adventure. One of the nicest clothing-optional resorts I have visited. Spent several hours hiking beautiful trails, soaking in the hot tub, savoring an excellent complimentary breakfast, etc., all while completely nude! Had a wonderful time, and will definitely visit again. If you are in the vicinity and looking for a top-notch nudist resort, this is the place for you. Highly recommended!

I did a lot of research and asked a lot of questions of the staff. They were very responsive. My wife and I spent a day there recently. We can tell you that is was an awesome experience. Beautiful scenery, excellent facilities, everyone was so nice and respectful. We will definitely go again soon!

Used to go to this place every year for many years over the 4th. We enjoyed camping a couple of times a year on our vacations. However, things have changed. Especially the prices. Their rooms aren't anything to brag about. They're certainly not worth $250 a night for what you get. Then you have to purchase a three day stay over a weekend. The cost to put up a tent is $95 a night. Just for a little patch of grass and no water/electric hook-up. Really? Other places charge way less to tent. We will be going to a resort in Paw Paw Vaginia that only charges $15 a night for a tent campsite....with an electric supply. I don't think we will be doing much business with Sunnyrest much longer. If at all.
