The staff here are very nice but the pharmacy wait is a long time sometimes in line because there it’s the only pharmacy in town since the local one closed.

Nice store nice staff i recall a employee cheyanne was really nice and new the store well. It also has off street parking to is a bigger store has good stock too.

The current pharmacy manager was dedicated to fixing all of my issues. I don't understand why anyone would have a bad review lately. Honestly all you have to do is talk with bearded guy, and he will treat you like family.

These Palmerton Rite Aid Employees need customer service education. Why is it so hard to fill a prescription. Put your phone back on the hook. So many Doctors saying they can't get through for months. All the Pharmicist does is LIE, LIE, LIE. Why! I need life saving medication, Would you treat your own family like this!

This pharmacy has come a very long way from where it was a year ago. It’s clear that the staff has worked hard to make sure customers needs are met since the Shipman’s merger. Definitely recommend visiting for your prescription needs!

Lied saying they had no cash for Cashback, was completely rude, wouldn't let me take back what I got to get Cashback..I told her nevermind and she still pressed the button to charge me then had the audacity to throw my receipt at me. Everyone is always so rude, please get off y'all's high horse.

I just had to comment on one of your outstanding employees "Ally" who was working at the prescription desk today when I went in to pick up a prescription for my mother. She was extremely busy with very long lines for both picking up/dropping off and flu shots and she managed to handle it all very gracefully and quickly. She was extremely helpful to all the customers and kept a cheerful composure the entire time. I was extremely impressed.

The Palmerton Rite Aid looks great since the remodel. Pharmacy is beginning to run more efficiently and the entire store looks great! The employees are the best!
