Was looking everywhere throughout the state for the new Honda Transalp. Drove the 1.5 from home up to the shop and luckily had the bike in stock yet. Checked it out and when i was ready to buy Alan helped me out. no pressure at all and got the paperwork done in quick time. We went over the bike and than he helped me load it. Great experience and if I'm ever riding up that way i will definitely be stopping in.

Had to wait 4 weeks for front brakes and a rear sprocket for my quad and had my bike up for check up and front brakes also took 5 weeks

Extremely poor customer service. Had a problem with brand new Suzuki DR650 bike -jerked me around for 6 months. Bike turned off 15 times in a 30 mile ride....their answer was "to ride through it" Would not return phone calls, would not acknowledge safety issue. Suzuki customer service rep just as horrible. No resolution offered except to buy the bike back with a $2000 loss (300 miles on bike) Buyer beware.
