I take my dog here and blue ridge and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at this place everyone is empathetic and caring you can tell these people care about there jobs and are compassionate about the animals that come into this facility Dr. Shelly and the staff at little gap you guys are truly amazing we can’t thank you enough for always taken such good care of our dog

i had an appointment here today they closed early cause they were short staff. understandable, what isn't was a notice. you think you would of called to tell me you couldn't see my dog. they didn't try to reschedule or anything. they forgot abt us. i had to call them plus waste gas. so rude honestly glad this happen. i wouldn't want to go to a vet that treated us like this anyways. i'm baffled never have i been forgotten by a vet. my dog really needed this to I'm beyond disappointed.
