“I was at the Mattress Firm the other day to look at some mattresses with nothing particular in mind. I was greeted by this upbeat, professional, “Happy for you” type well mannered gentleman by the name of Anthony Bryant. He was so good at his job he showed and explained everything the 20 minutes I had to spend there before heading out to work. By the end of 20 minutes I had every information I needed to pick out the mattresses and some perks which wasn’t part of the deal, but Anthony went overboard and got permission from his management team so he can add them to my deal for free. I just had to pay for the mattress the sale price. I had a chance to visit local store to my house. The people there were saying “oh he tend to over promise things”. I believed them, until when Anthony sent the invoices for me to checkout first. In the invoices everything he promised was there. Everyone at the other stores were saying noway we cannot do that, we are not permitted this and that. I want to thank Anthony Bryant so much for going over and above to get me the deal I asked for, I asked he delivered period. I am planning on visiting this other stores soon with that invoice to show it to their face that Anthony was not over promising, he was promising just right. I would encourage anyone and everyone to visit the store Anthony is at in Bartonsville, PA on 611 opposite to the St Luke’s Hospital.
