If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a monopoly in the area but their service is constantly dropping, their equipment is always faulty, and they charge an absolutely outrageous amount for basic Wi-Fi. An absolute joke.

I had a modem go bad and when I got there they had it waiting for me. I wasn't familiar with Palmerton and was cutting it close to their closing time. They waited a few minutes after even to make sure I got the modem! Had an excellent experience!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I moved to the area from an area that I had Xfinity and Xfinity was amazing compared to this Blue Ridge Cable service. The TV and internet are constantly going out of service and not to mention the price. I'm paying $30 more now than I did with Xfinity and that's with a promotion. When the first year is done it goes up $30 and then after that year it goes up another $40. This service absolutely sucks. I pray that Xfinity comes to the Lehigh Valley area.

Forget those "stellar service" commercials! Truth is: chronic pixelated channels on all 3 of my TVs, no resolution even after Techs did 3 service calls for problem, extremely long wait times for "after hour" calls to report channel problems, and high monthly premiums! Very frustrating!!! Looking like it's time to consider Direct TV option!

I'd give lower than 1 star if i could there sales reps lie to you. If you upgrade your internet make sure you ask them about being charged extra and not to lie to you. I was straight up lied to and overcharged and had to pay the first month for 2 internet packages just because of the days the billing cycle fell on!!!!???? Give me a break Blue Ridge Your losing us as customers and i hope everyone that reads this either stops there service with you as well and people looking for a tv/internet provider go with someone else. Blue Ridge is hands down the worst. Im not exaggerating one bit.
