Employees are overworked---the line stinks. Too much profit not enough labor to process orders. Prepare to camp out and wait, assume 1 hour to get in and out. Pharmacy customers with billing issues clogging it up. Like the DMV---slow. They need more chairs and a number system like a deli, it's way too long to have to stand in line--too darn long. Imagine elderly people with bad legs waiting--no good. Take a seat and you lose your place in line! Terrible!

Not good. My prescriptions were transferred from the closed Rite Aid. Twice now I’ve phoned in my prescriptions for refill, gave them extra time (days) to accomplish the task, and each time now I have showed up without them being ready. I will give them one more chance, but do not have high hopes.

WARNING.......DO NOT go here for prescriptions!!! You will wait a ridiculous amount of time in line....I've been patient since I switched from Rite Aid across the street. Kept telling myself, it will get better... TODAY I HAD IT!!! Waited 20 minutes in line at 2pm because my email said they were ready.....Nope, "Give us an hour". Come back at 4;30 because my email said my prescriptions were ready. Waited in line another 20 minutes. 1 out of 3 prescriptions were there. " Give us an hour". Came back at 725pm. Waited behind 3 people for 35 minutes. PATHETIC!!!!!

Chris, who was working in the photo department, was extremely helpful and nice! I was unsure of how to get the correct Christmas cards that I wanted printed and he helped me through the whole process! Even though my order was a pain in the butt he was professional and kind throughout the whole transaction!

If I could give this pharmacy a 0 I would they were rude and would not help me with a request for a medication transfer instead they said they would not be able to order it and turned me away…. Staff is rude and lazy

The way I was attended to at the pharmacy exceeded all of my expectations. I was in a super long line to get anti biotics for an very bad upper respiratory infection, and I was visibly unwell, coughing and feverish. The line moved fast even though they were clearly short staffed, and when I got to the front I had to give her my ID for info because I was so hoarse I couldnt speak. I didnt have insurance, so she took it upon herself to qualify me for discounts, sat me down and gave me a mask, and expedited getting my prescription filled, all while disinfecting everything I touched to receive the next customer. I wasn't offended, she was doing her job and did it very well. She showed genuine concern for me and all the customers, and it showed. All while handing a busy line with a short staff. I'm mad I didnt ask for her name, because I dont often write reviews, but her actions are absolutely worthy of mention.

Lines are so long for the pharmacy, there are so many staff back there, none of them seem to know what they are doing. I have been trying to get prescriptions from them for a week, and they can’t even register me in the system. Absolute mess!

The staff in the pharmacy are courteous and friendly. Unfortunately since rite-aide customers are there, the staff is overworked, and they need to hire people for the pharmacy. I was on hold for a hour and twenty minutes. The lines are long, but still the staff is very patient. I will always be a loyal customer to the pharmacy, they help me out with questions and anything I need. Please Walgreens, hire some more people. Thank you Robin Geiger

My first prescription is being filled today, only because the Rite aid across the street is closing…,It was called in at 3:45. Got there at 6:30 to pick up… Still not done… Was told it would be ready in 15 minutes… Time went by and they said to come back tomorrow… Now I am seriously concerned that rite aid is transferring all prescriptions here… if this is going to be the norm it will be totally unacceptable and way to time consuming…

I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s impossible to find a pharmacy whose employees don’t show active contempt for every single customer who asks them a question. This Walgreens is no exception. Every in person interaction, every phone call is met with the worst kind of customer service. Listen, we don’t like having to take the medication. Don’t make it worse by taking your hatred of your job out on us.

I’ve been using this Walgreens my entire adult life. The Pharmacists and techs are professional and kind and usually prompt. Unfortunately, it’s recently gone downhill, but it’s of no fault of the employees. Corporate Walgreen’s has decided to cut hours and cut part time workers to save money so that their rich, bloated shareholders don’t have to see any minor decrease in profit, but their employees have to suffer and try to man a sinking ship. The wait times have now exponentially increased. People who were already not getting paid enough are now doing the job of multiple people and still getting underpaid. This is corporate greed, plain and simple. I will likely be transitioning my prescriptions to a mom & pop pharmacy in the area, despite it being inconvenient when I travel.You’ve dug you’re own grave, Walgreens. Your customers see you exactly for what you are. I just feel sorry for your store workers and pharmacy staff in this area (I won’t even get into you allowing your staff to refuse to dispense BC to customers in other states). They’re doing the best they can. You don’t deserve them. The two stars are for them and them only.

Big location, well stocked. Fast service at the front registers. However, the pharmacy is extremely busy making for very long waits - whether for inside drop-off or at the drive through.

Literally the longest wait on the planet. It should take mere minutes to give someone their script. Worst pharmacy on the planet, that or worst employees
