It's a shame. I used to recommend this pharmacy to everyone. I have been a happy customer for many years; however, the level of service has lowered drastically over the past year. The last 3 experiences have been bad. I won't even attempt the drive-thru anymore after waiting in line for 15 minutes or more. They are hugely understaffed which is what the problem seems to be. I couldn't tell you the last time that I saw a second pharmacist present and I'm sure that they could accommodate 3 or more. Since Rite-Aid across the street has closed the are now overwhelmed with additional customers. There should be more pharmacists on duty. I'm sure there are at least a few available that used to work for Rite-Aid. It looks like I have to find a new pharmacy

Horrible horrible pharmacy you have to wait an hour or more just to make a 2 minute conversation, Rite aid was always better

I needed a pharmacy late night about 11:30pm to buy some anti-itch meds for my wife. They list closing as midnight. I got there 11:42, and the door was already locked, and no customers inside. There was a cashier standing by the register and when I knocked on the door and showed her the time on my cell phone, she didn't even react, just kept staring at me like an idiot. Apparently scheduled 12am closing, means 11:30pm closing, so that the employee can leave at 12 on the dot. Not good.

I’ve been to this location 3x and each time there’s been an issue. The first time I ordered the free Covid tests through their website, input my insurance and information, and when it was time for pickup they said they had no idea what I was talking about. Second time was for PCR testing at the drive thru. The tech was nice but it’s been over 3 days and the lab STILL hasn’t received my sample. I had a family member do their PCR testing at CVS and the turnaround time was 1 day…. Third strike was when I needed to pick up an OTC med. The email that confirmed pickup said I could do so at drive thru. Being sick and coughing everywhere, drive thru was best to not spread whatever I have. When I got to the drive thru the lady was off putting and acted like I was bothering her. Not a hello was returned. She said she had nothing for me, didn’t even offer an apology or an alternative. Was very short. I had to go into the store and pickup the medication at the counter. Won’t be returning here again, and certainly won’t recommend them either.

The service at this Walgreens has changed . It’s almost impossible to get them on the phone. I just finally got then ,and the person who answered could care less about my problem, and was yawning in my ear.

I have never had a problem when filling my prescriptions nor shopping in the store. My daughter & I also received our vaccines there & we we're treated very respectfully by the pharmacist even though she was a bit busy on the 2nd one. She didn't make us feel like a burden although I know we kind of were at that time. Matter of fact since the pandemic, Rite Aid which is a little closer took way too long because of their lack of workers so I had all my scripts transferred to Walgreens. I get text & call notifications when my prescriptions are ready or due to be filled. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is because as my daughter & I checked out after receiving our vaccines, the cashier which was a bit older, stockier build with dark hair working the front of the store just wasn't very friendly at all. I don't think she even spoke to us. But that's a first there for me. Store is always clean and stocked. I would recommend.

Brutal reviews for this Walgreens. For what they are commenting on, I have zero feedback... For why I needed to come here, the experience was great... I think it actually works well that somehow Labcorp partnered with Walgreens for space. It is kind of strange sitting in a retail store for routine lab work but when you are called inside it looks like any Labcorp you may have been to in the past. Bottom line, it works, including the "online" check in though I think that is better done waiting in one of the seats inside than in your car.

This is a great drug store. Friendly staff...good photo service and fast reliable prescriptions. I transferred from a poorly run cvs and I'm so glad I did.

Simply, Do not fill any prescription @ this Walgreens location. I will be happy to expand, A LOT on this. Save yourself time, money and stress. Go to CVS or Right Aid. These folks can't do calendar date math to save their lives, and each person you speak to there will give you different answers that the others do not honor. Simple as that. Again. Happy to expand on this if anyone would like.

I am giving this two stars just because it is the holidays and I don't want to be a total grinch. I have never felt more uncomfortable in a place in my life. *r*c* the shift leader helped me and she was just not friendly. I to had a long day at work but would never ever speak with that type of frustration. Then her and what I am only assuming was the manager were talking about other employees making mistakes in front. I felt terrible for the women who came in after me because she just wanted to pick up some pictures but it seemed to bother her even more then I did. I get that life and the holidays are stressful but a simple smile or have a nice evening would have made it a tiny bit better.
