I am a long-time Wells Fargo customer. I recently sold my home in Utah on which I had a mortgage with Wells Fargo bank. I needed some paperwork notarized. When I walked into the bank and ask for service, the young lady looked like she wish she could have the floor open up and just swallow me. She was very haughty about me not having an appointment and made no offer to be of assistance, nor did she asked me if I was a customer of the bank. I went to another notary service and the five dollars was well worth being treated like you were a human being.Upon receiving the funds from the sale of the house, I needed to have some paperwork notarized to recast the mortgage on my existing home that is with Wells Fargo. I called to make an appointment. The message told me to go online to make an appointment. When I went online the online information said that if you needed a notary you should call for an appointment. I have been unable to get through to the bank.I have all my retirement savings with Wells Fargo and would never think of changing but this branch is not a good representative of the service that Wells Fargo should offer its customers.

Still need an appointment after every bank in the area is open for customers.Corporate greed, Wells Fargo will say Covid-19 ten years from now for service failures.Total joke that America is opening up but corporate greed as they blame staffing shortages on benefits, how about paying employees a Irving wageGoing to Chase

Always very accommodating! Even with a commercial business account and an inordinate amount of deposits from a vehicle dealership, service is always given with a smile.

On Valentine's Day, my husband went inside to make a large withdrawal. He made it clear that the money was NOT to come out of the Crown checking account. He followed the teller's instructions so the withdrawal would be taken from our other checking account. It was taken from the Crown account anyway. I will be calling when the bank opens tomorrow. I don't understand why some people can't do their job.

Erika Wilson gave the worst customer service from a National Bank in my entire life! With a sloppy smile the whole time!...The entire staff is unprofessional and rude from the women up front to the arrogant putz sitting in the back room with his feet on the desk.... I had called the 800 number earlier and inquired about the necessary ID to cash a savings bond etc and they said just a valid ID would suffice. Clearly Erika had dinner waiting(it was 10 of 5) and is a poor employee at best because she decided to tell me I needed two forms of ID since I didn't have an account there... Which I knew to be incorrect. It is not a check, different protocol....Save yourself the time and false interaction. These people should be working fast food instead...She is more worried about finishing a snickers bar before the next customer approaches than doing the job she is paid for.... BBT bank which is 5 minutes away SCOFFED at my interaction yet didn't seem Surprised...And promptly told me to come by with believe it or not, just that same ID!

Would not add my son to a checking account, or deposit a tax refund check that had been signed over to me. Were rude and incredulous about both requests. Went to the branch in Kennett and they were happy to do both for me in under 10 minutes. So ridiculous.
