“I am shocked to read even the slightest of a negative on the customer service at this Oxford location! We buy a lot at this location and Emily (manager) and all of the rest of the girls have never given anything less than exceptional customer service!!! Because of this, this is the only store we’ll buy from. We’ve had issues from other stores that I had no hope left that were resolved through this store. I’ve come in disgusted at times and left happy every single time!!!!! I don’t even have the words to express how wonderful this entire staff is. If they don’t have what you want, they’ll get it and always at the best price they can. I’ve never felt unseen, ignored, railroaded, pressured or ripped off here! Absolutely amazing place to shop and wonder staff to work with!”
