Switched temporarily since rite aid closed and had a less than stellar experience. Went to pickup two prescriptions for two children. They told me they only had one. They couldn't add my secondary insurance so I had to pay. Called my doctor after I left to get my two sick children home only for them to say they actually have the second prescription and it wasn't ready. No one even offered to call the doctor. I would have waited longer but we'd already waited in a long line and my kids were sick. Now I have to return tomorrow to get the other one.

The worst pharmacy I have ever experienced! The automated system is the worst i have seen. It calls you and text automated messages that are not correct at all. The pharmacist argued w me that the prescription from dr.’s office was wrong when in fact she had no clue how to read it. I literally called my dr office while i was there. It took the nurse at the dr.’s office to talk to the pharmacist to explain to her how to do her job. I left CVS b/c this was closer to me. I am going back to CVS no question.

The pharmacist appeared to be completely out of touch with current medications.She is not well versed in the policy of writing prescriptions. She needs to go back to school

This is the nicest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The staff is by far the friendliest pharmacy staff I’ve ever dealt with especially Cody. Every single pharmacy staff member is so helpful and they treat customers with dignity. I am very thankful for this pharmacy.

Just received a call from the head pharmacist Cody saying they gave me the wrong Covid 19 booster and I’m not currently protected from the new variants and that he was “sorry for the inconvenience”….. truly unacceptable to be giving out random boosters and putting peoples life at risk because of your lack of inventory labeling…. He used the excuse of “poor labeling” to reason for the mistake…..

We had to come here to get 2-hour NAAT Covid tests for our cruise. We were worried because we hadn’t gotten the results of the 2 hour test until the next day. Since we had to have proof, I called the pharmacy and the lady who worked there offered to print the results out and hold them for us to pick up. Of course, on the way to get them (35 minutes away) the email came through all, so my husband turned around. We spaced and did not let her know we weren’t coming. She called both me and my husband to make sure we had received our results since no one came to pick up the papers. What incredible service!! I’m so pleased.

Setting up a Covad-19 vaccine appointment was like going to a government office and applying for services. Tried to change my appointment and was forced into a lengthy process of setting up an account. Email notifications and instructions are contradictory. When I finally jumped through all of their online hoops, the site tells me I have no appointment scheduled In spite of being sent an email and confirmation number. Terrible.

What is going on with your IT department that oversees this store? A few weeks ago our doctor called sent in a prescription and when we got there to pick it up, the clerk said that their whole system was down and it hadn’t been ordered. When we called ahead of time, the clerk said it would be ready. We had to recall our doctor have the doctor send it to a Rite Aid..people behind us in line were furious as well.Their family doctor wasn’t available so their child went without

This is the worst Walgreens! The pharmacy employees are beyond rude and uncaring! Booked a Covid vaccine on a Saturday afternoon... they ran out of vaccines and didn't bother calling anyone who made appointments. Then I make an appointment for today for my Covid vaccine (2nd try)... Go to the location 1 hour early to confirm I am set for my 11:50am appointment(which I waited 15 mins before any employee in the pharmacy even acknowledged me), I go back and sit in my car for 1 hour until my appointment time... once going back in for my scheduled appointment not a single employee in the pharmacy acknowledged me for yet again 15 mins and helped multiple other customers picking up prescriptions, I became so annoyed I walked out now a 2nd time... if the staff is that overwhelmed that they can't even greet a customer after 15 minutes maybe they should hire additional staff... Pitiful that now 2 days have been wasted to get this done because of their incompetence at the Waterway Road/ Baltimore Pike Location... and as a side note... not once after any vaccines were given did the pharmacist sanitize the area for the next customer!. So my family will definitely not be returning there for vaccinations ever.

Got flu shots today October 28, 2020 @ Walgreens Oxford, PA. The lovely young man entering our info/paperwork into the computer was wearing his mask properly, and I thanked him for doing so. The drive thru pharmacy employee had a mask on, but her nose was exposed. The Pharmacist then came to the register w/ her mask under her chin. I commented to my husband about her (within earshot) so she then pulled it up when she’d walk into view, and immediately lower it when “out of our sight”. This, my friends, is why Covid isn’t getting any better any time soon
