Several times now have I ordered things online to have them refuse to deliver it and send it back. It's difficult contact sellers and in some cases I have lost my items. They don't give the chance to pick up the packages, they return them almost immediately. I wish something could be done about these inconsiderate workers

My mail carrier has been the same man for years and he refuses to get up and deliver ANYTHING that needs a signature or doesnt fit in the box. I keep getting notes saying sorry he missed me. I work from home and sit at a front facing window. I watch him drive by. He doesn't attempt to deliver anything. I have to take off work early to drive to the post office and pick things up. Why do I have to lose money at my job because he doesn't feel like doing his?! For YEARS!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE MIGHT NEVER COME BACK!!!!today i was treated badly and so was the rest of my family.There was this man he had a beard and a red shirt and he was being racist towards me and my family;For context me and my family are mexican and we just wanted to mail a box with toys and clothes to México ;so we asked howmuch things would cost to ship and the man only shrugged and said he didnt know but the moment a White man comes in he knows everything and honestly this was a horrible experience.I also find it dispicable that he did this infront of my children.I will NEVER mail anything here again if I see he is there I would much rather resort to driving miles and miles then have to put up with racism.

BAD EXPERIENCE,for a little of context,I am Mexican(this will make sense later on)I went to the office to ship out a box to Mexico.There was this White man there and he only shrugged and said he didn’t know when I asked him about how much it would cost and he shooed me off and went to the back and ignored me when I called him.After a bit another white man appeared and started asking him stuff like what I had previously asked him and guess what suddenly the man had all the answers and honestly I will not tolerate this.I will never return unless I know for sure that there is someone new.But honestly I cannot believe the office tolerates Racist people to work there.I understand that some people are racist but that doesn’t mean we have to be treated badly only because we are a different race and especially not when we are not bothering anyone and honestly trying to mail something out that we have paid for.I went there Friday July 28th at around 3:30PM he was a man with a beard and a red shirt and I honestly hope he gets talked to about his inappropriate,racist behavior.Thank you for listening.

Same as others have said. 'Attempted delivery". I'm home all day and I have security cameras everywhere on my property. Nobody was here. Stop lying. Absolute worst service I have ever experienced. And it's not a one time thing; every couple years I have to go in and make a scene and it's good for a while. Apparently it's time to go in again. Would have called but I can't complete a call with any of your numbers.

This is the second time I have dropped off envelopes and they were not delivered. This has cost my business about $200 in interest charges this month because my clients never received their bills. By the time I realized they were not received I was stuck paying interest charges because I didn't have enough money to cover my expenses. $6000 in payments are delayed for several weeks because of the incompetence at this location. My mail carrier does an excellent job at posting envelopes and getting them to their intended recipients. When I go into the Post Office building and drop them in the outgoing mail slot, it is like they get dropped into a black hole. Somebody really should lose their job for the inability to do a fairly basic task. Every time I had an issue was with drop off on a Saturday. Extremely disappointed!

I thought this was no longer an issue, but once again a package has not been delivered. The message on USPS website shows no access to delivery location, however my mail was delivered.

When passport services are not cancelled due to staffing shortages, this is the BEST LOCATION to go. I would recommend calling to confirm before making the drive but if lucky enough to get the woman who usually does passport services, you will be greeted with kindness and provided with all the information that you could possibly need to put your mind at ease regarding a process that can be quite confusing. Thanks Oxford Post Office, please tell whoever is in charge to remain open for services consistently because our community values your expertise and helpfulness and the need is here for the services that you do best!

I waited home 2 days and never got my package. Then I got a notice in the mail said attempt made. If an attempt was made the thing they put in my box has a sticker to put it on your door. Why wasn't it on my door? I herd them knock real quiet for a package before (different time ) so I ran to the door to get it and they were already walking out. If you can't knock I have a thing called a doorbell. Please use it that's what they were invented for. Also they put my mail in wrong box then say it's delivered. I reported I didn't get it and here a week later I still don't have an extremely important piece of mail.

I never thought I’d write a review for the post office! I made an online appointment for my passport, and the woman who helped me was SO KIND! Truly, I was so stressed about all my paperwork and everything and she took the time to explain everything and helped entertain my 4 year old in the process. Best customer service I’ve had in so long!!

I have scheduled a passport appointment twice and both times I’ve been called the morning of to reschedule. The first time they called 30 minutes before my appointment.

The gentleman was rude and unhelpful at the front desk when my father was there to pick up the mailbox key for his new home. He tried to give him the run around and told him to call a number and come back another day. We had just driven 40 miles out there and my father had already spoken to an other employee on the phone who was very nice and said the key would be at the front desk and he could come anytime on Friday to pick it up. The desk employee didn’t want to do his job, Luckily my father was stern and the employee went in the back to inquire about the key and when he came back it magically appeared. Just ridiculous and unacceptable.

First class mail came to my mailbox seven days ago which wasn’t mine and even with the flag up no one has delivered my mail nor picked up the mishandled letter. This is not a piece of junk mail.
