The arrangement I received from Philips Florist is gorgeous and filled with many varieties of flowers, plus they delivered to Quarryville which is not too close to Oxford. This is my first experience with Philips and I couldn't be happier!

This is the 3rd time I've used Philips Florist in a short time. This time around I feel short changed. I ordered the "Premium" Truly Stunning Bouquet for my wife. Early valentines day surprise. I purchased a week in advance. the description says "Featuring a thoughtful array of BOTH roses and lilies" I see only 1 type of rose. Red. Not 2 I do understand things need to be substituted from time to time. But this was part of the main description. I should have been contacted if this couldn't have been fulfilled. This will most likely be my last purchase.

Exceptional floral designer!! Every year for my wife’s birthday I always go all out for a flower bouquet. Usually spending between $100-$200 dollars. I have ordered bouquets from different area shops and they have always been nice. However this year the flower designer did an absolute amazing floral arrangement. It absolutely blew us away. I highly recommend this florist and can’t thank them enough for making my wife’s birthday so special.

Philips Florist delivered the most beautiful pink roses for my Mother Ann Alessi's viewing. My Mother was an a flower enthusiast and would have loved them. Thank you for such a spectacular display!

I called (after closing time, even!) to inquire about a last-minute bouquet for the next morning for my niece’s graduation. The woman I spoke to was so kind and accommodating and made sure they had her correct school colors for the ribbon. A lovely bouquet was waiting for me the next morning when I stopped in on my way to the graduation. The graduate loved them and I can’t tell you how many compliments I received from total strangers as I was carrying them around! Thanks so much and I highly recommend this wonderful shop!
