Very professional team. They do great work. Customer service was fantastic. Mr. Coleman is the best. Went over the work order for my Ram truck in detail. Everything was done perfectly. We are so lucky we have an awesome place like this in Oxford !!!

This is the only place I take my cars! They are very professional gentle when it comes to my classic vehicle. And whenever I have an issue, I just stop by and they take care of it at the drop of a hat. Just had a leak in my tire stop by unannounced, 45 minutes later I’m out the door. They put a plug in it and they didn’t even charge me. This is the only place I take my cars to.

Stripped my the threads in the wheel hub and blamed me for it and by saying it was fine when they did it but it was fine before I took the car but after I got it back tried to take the wheel off and before I did anything else noticed the bolt would just spin and nothing else now it’s stuck in the hub and can’t take it out never had this problem before with any of the cars I’ve worked on in the past they didn’t offer a refund $65 even though they messed up and offered to fix it but are going to charge me for it but I won’t take it back because they will mess something else up

Had a transmission replaced here, unfortunatly the transmission only lasted a few hundred miles but with the warranty they are covering all repair costs and Coleman has worked with me on getting everything taken care. This shop has been the best place ive dealt with in a while. Thanks to everyone who works there.

I do not recommend it take my car to do an oil change when they delivered it to me after running for 15 minutes the car began to smoke from the front and the air was not cold when I opened it there was a lot of acid spilled it seems that they threw strong oil from the tank and that hurt me some currents they should take responsibility for their negligence and their disasters of bad jobs

These guys have patched a few tires on my work truck a few times and never charged me a penny for that...awesome! I will never buy tires anywhere else.

Just came into Oxford Goodyear this morning for a car inspection and I was in and out of there in under 45 minutes. Real easy customer service and nice staff as well.

Sorry to say I took my truck there to get the Y pipe welded and they look at it and made a big deal that I needed the whole y pipe well I took it some where elseand gat it fix with no problem those guys at good year are not honest all they wanted for me to get a new y pipe put on but I didn't needed it I gat it fix some where else I'll never take any of my cars there ever again
