I rarely give reviews, but found this important to do and noteworthy, being that the store manager Emily made my experience here noteworthy as she and her co-worker, went absolutely above and beyond for me. I am late in the wedding planning game, due to our toddlers being very ill for months, so this has been such a stressful thing for me. They did not have my wedding band in stock, meaning it would not be here for my wedding day. Emily took quick action, making very many phone calls and research online, in order to get me my wedding band for my big day. I cannot say how much this meant to me. I couldn't believe it that another human would care that much to ensure that I received something as special as my wedding band is on my big day. I mean, come on ya can't provide much better service than that! We are so so thankful for her and her co-worker(I feel bad cannot remember her name but it started with a J!). Great teamwork and immense kindness!

I am shocked to read even the slightest of a negative on the customer service at this Oxford location! We buy a lot at this location and Emily (manager) and all of the rest of the girls have never given anything less than exceptional customer service!!! Because of this, this is the only store we’ll buy from. We’ve had issues from other stores that I had no hope left that were resolved through this store. I’ve come in disgusted at times and left happy every single time!!!!! I don’t even have the words to express how wonderful this entire staff is. If they don’t have what you want, they’ll get it and always at the best price they can. I’ve never felt unseen, ignored, railroaded, pressured or ripped off here! Absolutely amazing place to shop and wonder staff to work with!

Had a great experience today. Got my rings and earrings cleaned and my husband got a new watch. Staff very very nice and helpful.

What horrible customer service! I went in to drop my ring off for repair, which I've done many times before with no issues, but man was it a BIG issue at this store. They magically couldn't find my warranty even though I've used it 3 times before. Emily (the manager) had an attitude about how I shouldn't have been getting anything fixed because I "don't" have a warranty even though I absolutely do. They kept pressuring me to leave the store so they could call the old store I went to and customer service while leaving my ring. I said no at least 5 times because I live 40 minutes away and came up only to do this. They continued to pressure me and make me extremely uncomfortable about leaving my ring there. Emily finally called me back after 2 hours and said there is no warranty and I should have been paying for all my previous services so I really came out ahead in this and they will no longer be repairing my ring in the future because the other location wasn't doing their jobs right. She then proceeded to tell me she went OUT OF HER WAY to research this for me for the last 3 hours as if that isn't her job. What an absolute joke. I'm so sorry you had to actually do your job Emily. Kay as a company is an absolute dumpster fire with the worst customer service I've ever seen, while scamming people out of the extra hundreds of dollars they paid for their warranties just to come back a few years later and say it magically disappeared. We will absolutely no longer be customers in the future and drive an hour to a different location rather than come back to this one.

I was in your Oxford store shopping for gift ideas for my daughters up coming birthday. I was greeted by a lovely young lady named Emily. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and very patient with me as I was trying to decide what type of jewelry would be a better gift idea for my daughter . She showed me so many beautiful pieces and helped me pick out what will be just perfect for my daughter. The store was very clean and well set up! I look forward to shopping here for all my future jewelry purchases. It's so nice when you have friendly and respectful employees when you go shopping as now a days it seems that it's not the norm anymore so many rude people out there so I wanted to take a moment and let you know that you have wonderful employees at your Oxford, PA store and thank Emily for all her help and patience with me!

Went there today with wife to have her jewelry inspected and sent one off for repair, the ladies working there were outstanding and very helpful. My next jewelry purchase’s will definitely be at this location.

I went today to get all my jewelry inspected for the warranty and 1 repair sent out and the ladies there were so helpful and friendly. They helped me a lot, awesome employees. Almost all my jewelry is from Kays. My next jewelry purchase will definitely be from this location. Good job!!!

I’ve called this location twice for different questions and the woman who answers the phone to “help” is entirely rude and disrespectful. That’s aside from her inability to actually answer questions or help in any capacity.Try the Middletown, DE location if you care about customer service, or minimally want your questions answered!

Worse experience of my life ! Sent a ring off to be resized one ring size up just one not 10 an it’s now going on 4 weeks I have NOT received my ring an the story is it’s still at repair shop! At this point I’d be better picking it up myself from repair shop instead of them cause this is absolutely absurd! I’ll never shop w Kay’s again at least never take it to this location again!

I went in the store today to get my finger sized and my fiancées finger sized. The 2 ladies in there were suuuper helpful and friendly! The lady that helped us was so full of knowledge and tips for us! I had no intentions of buying rings today but we both found exactly what we were looking for and at a great sales price! I highly would recommend using them for any sparkly treasure needs!!!

We have purchased 2 gold necklaces from this Kay. They have broken numerous times. The repair cost has doubled. The employees are not very nice. I really wish this was not the case because I love to buy jewelry as a gift.

I would give this store 0 stars if I could. We have been dealing with issues for months now. They give you one date for when you can pick up your ring and now 2 reschedules later still no ring, and I have to call to find this out. I was promised that they would call and give updates and guess what, no calls unless I called. Very unprofessional. Never and I mean never will I purchase from or use Kays again.

I have always had great service at Kay Oxford, PA all the staff is friendly and very helpful. Jacinda the manager there has been great at finding the right pieces and always tries to give you a great price and savings.

I called the store around the day my ring was suppossed to arrive before it got shipped out to be sized. I was told id be contacted so i could come in and see it beforehand. My ring shipment was cancelled. I had no idea until I called them. Mind you it had been a couple weeks since we had ordered it. Bad communication and big disappointment. They did make an effort to fix it once they knew we were upset and had already cancelled the account. I cant trust a business if they arent going to call me to let me know of a cancellation or give us a solid reason why it was cancelled not just an idea of why. We should have been contacted via phone by the store if it was cancelled declined etc. Im not bashing their business but it was enough to make me shop elsewhere.
