Find a different Jeep dealer. The Service Department charges you 3% on top of their exorbitant fees (with no warning) and the sales department doesn't know what they're doing either. The final straw was when our registration arrived and they had the wrong name on it. We won't be back for service or sales.

First, I would like to clarify that I didn't deliberately pass the paid charging stations... There were non EV cars parked next to them, so I drove on. I should have asked first... Ok
From your reply, I understand that you don't have a problem if me or any EV user uses the metered EV stations?
Recently I had a very regretful experience with Gordon Atkisson. I needed my EV charged and thought I could use the charger in the dealership while my wife went shopping in the supermarket next door... Mr. Atkison, had my car blocked between two trucks so I could not move it. Then he demanded $25 to free up my vehicle. I offered to pay for the electricity used (less $1), he was very rude and demanded $25.That was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. He could have handled it better, and I would have left him a good review. Hower, due to his short sight, I am advising you that he's not a person to buy a car from.
He acted very disrespectful and was more concerned with $25, then getting a positive review. There are no signs that public is not permitted to plug-in their EVs.

What a great experience at this dealership. I am thrilled with my purchase from Country CDJR. The entire team involved in my transaction - Gordon, Pat and Becky in finance - could not have been more attentive, thorough, honest and reliable. Everything I negotiated over the phone from out of state was exactly as we had agreed upon when I arrived and sat down to sign the paperwork. They made the experience pleasant and that is often not the case when one buys a car. It is rare this day and age to find a whole group of people who say what they mean and do what they say, and are welcoming and kind to boot! Thanks to the team at Country Dodge. I would not hesitate to take the drive again next time I'm in the market down the road.

Wonderful transaction in purchasing my Ram truck. From the initial correspondence with salesman Ricky Guzman to the final sale dealing with Gordon the sales manager. Ricky handled everything through phone conversations so I just had to drive there and pick up the Ram. Ricky went above and beyond what he was obligated to do just to make my purchase easy for me. In fact my daughter went two weeks later and purchased a Jeep from Ricky! Great salesman, great management, great team at Country! My family and I have bought our vehicles from Country for over 60 years!!!

I will never make the mistake of ever stepping foot onto this Dealership, again. The Manager, Gordon, is unapproachable. My salesman Ricky is a puppet. I in, good faith, put down a $50 deposit. But, because I got a better deal, at a different dealership, this dealership felt I did not need to get my deposit back. $50 is $50. If they need to be this shady in their dealership.I will never recommend or use this dealership for anything.

Said the noise I heard was a shock issue so put new shocks which are the wrong shocks. Blamed it on the strike. They ordered the shocks 10mnths ago before the strike and put them on 2wks ago. I've got a new Rubicon with Fox high performance shocks and they put stock shocks in place. The thing is they tried to slip it by me. When I called them out on it they said call Chrysler but good luck they're on strike.

My experience with the guys at County Chrysler Dodge started off a lil shaky if I'm being honest. But in the end they did what needed to be done to ensure that I left being a satisfied customer. Big shout out to you guys for getting my baby running right. I wish that I could upload a pic of her. She is beautiful.
