The entire process was easy with Tom and Baltic Leisure. All materials were well-packed, no damage during shipment, and included everything needed to complete a custom measured hybrid sauna (traditional and IR). Their team was very helpful. As any custom sauna will require some form of shipping to receive your materials, you should consider working with the Baltic Leisure team.

While waiting the short time for the sauna to warm I ride the recumbent bike and watch the news on a TV hanging on a pole from the ceiling, directly in line from the window of this sauna,. Between the bike, and the news- I am all warmed up for the sauna. I am now prepared for my quiet and relaxation. I don’t need to time my stay in the sauna I know it.I can sense it, My perspiration seems purer , and since I am more flexible and my breathing is slower and more relaxed,. My body is telling me that I’m done,. I have achieved my goal,And now it is time to move on and lay down on the mat to stretch out- something I could not have done if I haven’t been in the sauna previously.Then I moved to the sitting area where I have a great cloth rocking chair, there I can just allow myself to sit and just the whole experience. the temperature there is perfect. The air is purified, and there’s a slight fan.I am now renewed I have had my sauna.
