They stink. To put it mildly. I got my w2 and it was ripped in half. Other times we don't get mail when we are supposed to.

I dread when I have to go for mail or services. The woman behind the counter is rude and argumentative. It took three separate clarifications just to get the mail they were holding for me. ***Update - the post office is further harassing me by now requiring photo i.d. to pick up my mail. How is it that it is discrimination to require photo i.d. to vote but not to pick up my mail?!?! I am the head person who filled out the application for the unit box and paid for the keys but they refused to give me my children's or grandchildrens mail!!!! Further more they gave me no reason other than "I can't do that" when I demanded all the mail for that unit box.

I had to mail four over sized envelopes. At the counter there was a hand written sign saying they don't accept $20 bills, only smaller bills, exact change.or credit cards. Exact Change? Who is walking around with a pocket full of coins? Today, when twenty dollars doesn't really buy that much? We're not talking $50's or 100's here. As i didn't have anything smaller than a $20 bill in my wallet I put it on my charge card. Had I not had the card, what was I supposed to do? Find another Post Office Location? But I was thinking: This is the United States Post Office, a branch of our federal government. Now it may seem trivial, but can someone explain why the Post Office can't make change for a $20 bill? This Office is not located somewhere in the wilderness where the nearest bank is a hundred miles away. There is no legitimate reason, in my opinion, that a US post office branch makes it inconvenient for people, requiring them to have the exact change or use a credit card to mail some letters. My question is, who made this policy and why was it made? Is it official policy or done for the convenience of the postal clerk? The hand made sign at the counter makes me think it's somehow for the convenience of the postal worker rather than policy. It makes makes no sense to me. Again, in my opinion , this is another example of how we the people are putting up with mediocre service from out governments, local and federal. It's getting worse all the time. We're not getting the service we deserve for the taxes we pay.

Dropped off a Christmas package today and it was simple as can be! Recommend doing the click and ship online to pre-pay and print your label at home ?

I have had multiple packages returned to sender because of a wrong address. The post office is 3 miles away from me and won't hold it for a day. She is sending back packages that are extremely late as is.. Quite frankly she was flat out rude/disrespectful over the phone to me and in-person when I explained why I put Ottsville and not Ferndale in my address. USPS has got it rough right now I get it that doesn't make an excuse for her behavior and treatment of customers.

The post master in charge of scheduling is incompetent of doing his job and leaves neighboring post offices (that he is in charge of) understaffed and closed... leaving us unable to get our mail... and packages

Rude service, missing packages are regular, I often get signature slips when I was home all day and the lazy post lady decided she didnt want to walk to the door.

My package was accidentally shipped to this post office instead of my home and the woman behind the counter found it prudent to immediately return it to sender instead of waiting at least a day for someone to come looking for it. For reference, the package was sent there at 2:30 PM after the office closed and I came in first thing the next morning and she had already sent it back out. I work until 5 and was unable to check before the next morning. Also when I got to the counter, she was blatantly texting on her phone and told me to wait a minute before sending out at least 3 more messages. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

The USPS should shut this office or move it and staff it with competent professional employees.

Horrible! Incredibly unprofessional. The woman at the desk told me she knew the recipient of my package and started asking me questions about it. It's none of your business, just do your job!

Awful. I needed a rather simple task completed and they couldn't handle it due to just being lazy. The office is also disgusting and grimy. Be professional, look presentable and do your job.

This is by far the most embarrassing post office I have ever witnessed! If you are going to disgrace the flag the way you do constantly can you please just not fly one? This is memorial day weekend and your flag is in tatters please remove it.
