“Just finished a 2-hour private with Ed Hartzel, which served mostly as an introductory course for me as I've only shot a handful of times previously. I can't say enough good things about the experience, which exceeded my expectations in all ways. Ed was welcoming, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, patient, and concise throughout all of his instruction. It was obvious that he's been doing this for a LONG time, but he was clearly still very passionate about it - I appreciated his enthusiasm whereas I'm sure sometimes seasoned instructors can appear a bit bored or on auto-pilot. Ed kept me engaged the entire time and made me feel comfortable to ask as many questions as I'd like. I had a few "light bulb" moments during our discussions and I feel I now have a solid base of both safety and fundamentals to build off of. The lesson was worth every dollar spent and then some.
