Carter Handcrafted Furniture was founded in 1974 by Mark Carter in an old Bucks County Bank Barn. We pride ourselves on being one of the oldest and most complete country furnishings store in Bucks County. From our humble beginning we now have over 12,000 square feet of decorated showroom in two buildings. We can offer the largest selection of solid wood furnishings because of our large onsite workshop. We take our work personally. Our furniture does not come from a container or assembly line. Each piece is built specifically for you. We are not building furniture to fill a box in a warehouse… We’re building furniture for you, your home, and your family.
