From start to finish the entire team at 611 Auto Sales have been personable, transparent, extremely helpful, and I just want to say that, Laura went above and beyond when it came down to helping us find a safe suitable updated car with Bluetooth for our daughter. The process started end of May and took 2 months, and now our daughter is now driving a 2015 Ford focus and she absolutely loves it. Laura updated me pretty much weekly with car options That they have available. Thank you all for all your hard work and dedication. Your Business is a well oiled machine keep up the great work!! You are top of the list If I know someone who is interested in buying used cars.

Purchased a vehicle from 611 Auto Sales in June of 2024. Laura John and Don have all been very accommodating to shifting schedules while we worked through the details of purchasing a first car for our teen. The price we agreed upon was reasonable and fair for the condition of the vehicle we had settled on.
The team at 611 Auto Sales was very transparent about the condition of the vehicle, what had been replaced, what worked, what didn't, and they were fair with their repair/replacement policy.
Post sale, they have continued to be great. We were ware that a wiper motor had been replaced prior to sale, and upon arriving home with the vehicle found that there was a blown fuse. Shot an email off to Laura, and the wiper motor is being replaced by independent auto shop without fuss.
I would encourage any prospective buyers who need a budget conscious, reliable transportation dealer to at least have a conversation with this crew.

I can't say enough good about the experience I had with 611 Auto Sales! Every interaction I had was honest and fair. I found my son a great vehicle at a very reasonable price. John had the vehicle inspected and took care of anything it needed before delivery. I have already told friends that if they're looking for a good vehicle and an enjoyable experience to head to 611 Auto Sales. Such good people!

Texted with Laura for 2 days, drove an hour to meet with Don. 2 of the nicest, honest people you will meet! The vehicle was in excellent condition, fair price, no hidden fees, everything was smooth and effortless. I highly recommend them for your next vehicle. Such a pleasurable experience! My daughter couldn’t be happier.

I just purchased an 04 F150 from 611 Auto Sales. The vehicle they had was on consignment. The truck was recently inspected at a service station that they do not use. I dropped the truck off with my mechanic for an oil change and just to check the truck out. He informed me that the truck had a hole in the frame and also a hole in the muffler, which both items should have not passed inspection. Let me first say that I have been in the auto business for about 30 years and this was the first vehicle that I have purchased outside of my own dealership. When I first called the dealership and talked to John he was very professional and described the truck just as it was. When I arrived and talked to John he was very polite and not pushy. I decided to buy the truck and was aware that it was being sold As IS. When my mechanic informed me about the two issues, I sent John a text showing the pictures. In only a few minutes he responded and said the owner Laura would be calling me. And Laura did promptly give me a call and offer to help and even made an offer to by me a new muffler. Keep in mind that the vehicle was sold As IS and they did not do the inspection, and they really did not have to do anything. I told Laura that I was very impressed by her follow up and offer to help.If you are looking for an honest dealership and great people, I would highly recommend John and Laura.

John and Laura, thank you both for a great purchase experience for my 17 year old daughter's 1st car. After driving your vehicle, she told John that there were 2 newer Subaru vehicles, that she wanted to check, at other dealers. John reassured her to check them, and not to feel pressured or obligated and purchasing his vehicle. She was able to become an informed shopper, learning the difference between pressure sales and businesses looking to build relationships. After looking at these additional vehicles, she decided to purchase her 2007 Subaru Impreza at 611 Auto Sales. This is due to the better quality car at a reasonable price, in addition to overall sales experience. She is enjoying her first car. We highly recommend that give 611 Auto Sales a look for your next purchase.

Met John from 611 Auto Sales after locating a car available off Car Gurus for my wife.Went to PA to see the car with my family,John was polite over the phone ,when I met him in person he was down to earth ,very helpful,and knowledgeable about his cars.Drove the car , everything he said about the car was true about it ,we hit it of from the get go.If your ever looking for a good used car ,it's worth the drive to his family owned business,he treats you as family.The prices he offer for the cars respectable and fair prices.He never pressures you,he explains everything.I bought the car that same day ,and he will hold it when am ready to pick it up .I never met a car salesman that impressed me that much.I will be definitely telling my friends and family who are interested on my a used vehicle in the future.John keep the great work and my kids said hello.Thanks again.

I bought a 2010 volvo xc60 at a decent discount and the entire process was great. John was there when I came to look at the car and the experience was very low pressure (as opposed to some other used car lots I've been to), he encouraged me to test drive the car alone and take it to a parking lot and check it out for myself. I've had the car about a month and 2,500 miles later I have yet to find any issues.

Had a great experience. The statement: Buying a used car is stressful enough but, finding a personal family owned "mom & pop" shop is definitely the way to go. I had a back and forth correspondence with the owners of the company who were very accommodating to work with me.
