Associate not very helpful. Called to have A/C looked at and he was very unhelpful. I understand that the season is busy due to the heat, but he spoke to me as if I was a car expert and knew details about the issue other than it blowing hot air. Decided to call somewhere else and was seen within 4 days rather than 3 weeks.
