Unwilling participants in commerce. I ordered a new screen door on a Saturday. I was told I would receive a call in 3-5 days with the screen. I called twice only to be hung up on before I could even ask them about the item. Went in this morning. Was told I needed to pay extra because I wanted a cross support which I though was standard. Funny thing is I had a $150 door that they made a profit of at least $125, $100 plus dollars of other items sitting at the register. And my continued good will as a LIFETIME consumer at the company. After all his mistakes he wants to hammer me extra $$$ for a $2 piece of metal and lose 50 years of good will, all my future business and the profit in that transaction. Spelling Bee is upcoming, guarantee they would miss the word "foolish"!

Wonderful people work in this store! They are amazing! I had a number of keys copied and their skill and the material used were outstanding. A refreshing difference from the keys I had copied at Home Depot.

This store does have an excellent stock of needed supplies. However, parking is very limited. Customer service is great, if they would have more available parking they could see an increase in business.
