Came across Universal auto repair and they great reviews, so I decided to make an appointment. Explained exactly what I was experiencing when driving. At first glance they couldn’t pin point the issue but with a bit more info from me they figured it out. Also had inspections/emission and daylight replaced. When you normally get quotes it just includes the price of the item. Dennis quote included everything, tire installation and balancing. So I was surprised when I got my bill. It was less than expected.”

“After a very disappointing (aka outrageous) quote from my VW dealership, I took my car to Bram at PA Tire & Auto in Ardmore. It was an excellent decision because I was treated kindly, fairly, and communicated with about all decisions. They were able to take my car in and turn it back over to me extremely fast. My neighbor who is a car mechanic later shared that they do great work and treat people fairly which was very reassuring. It's obvious that not only do they do great work, but they are not in the business of taking advantage of their customers. “I’d like to start this review by saying if I could rate more than 5 stars, I certainly would.
Walt was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish, a true expert.
I was having trouble finding a local shop to install an upgraded clutch and flywheel for me and was referred to Keswick Transmissions by another shop unwilling to do the work I asked.
Walt was always friendly, and offered so much knowledge to help me understand where the problem was with my vehicle. Not only did he finish the job within the time he promised, but went above and beyond. He even took the liberty to show me the damaged parts he replaced and explained each so I would understand.
Walt also kindly put some gas in my vehicle and my tires were inflated when I picked it up.
He is a true professional that is extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and most of all, honest. (hard to find these days)
If I ever need anything again, my car will go to Keswick Transmissions. I won’t let my family and friends take their vehicles anywhere else, he’s the man!

“The most notable thing about their service was their friendliness. They also know how to get down to brass tacks and find all the issues on your car. I am always skeptical of auto people but they were very efficient. They tried to help me find the cheapest prices for what I was looking for and even replaced my license plate at a discounted price.
