You’ll find the best pricing on the location specific website. We were able to prepay for a predetermined amount of time at the advertised rate. Be sure to understand how soon the rate increases occur when signing the contract.”
“I went there recently with my uncle to store his belongings while he searched for an apartment after being evicted due to miscommunication. The service was exceptional. The staff there explained how everything worked. I felt that his belongings would be safe and I even considered getting a storage unit of my own. “The employee that helped me I sign up was very helpful and made it incredibly easy to set up my new locker. I was immediately signed up for auto-pay and never had to worry about anything while I was away. I stayed for 6 months and only cancelled because I bought a home and no longer needed my things in storage. Anthony T was the person that helped me cancel and the process was completed in less than 5 minutes. If I ever need a storage unit again, I will definitely go with Life Storage.”
“I've used multiple storage companies before this and this place has been good to me so far. I just had rent increase after only a short term so after contacting customer service I spoke with the location manager and he was able to help me go thru the process of requesting to negotiate a lower the increase in rent. The location isn't at the best intersection and the property could definitely use some work but I've seen worse.”

“This was my first time renting a storage and I had no knowledge. I met with Daryl. He was nice, kind, patient with a friendly and welcoming attitude. He showed me 2 units. Although indecisive of size, he allowed me to video call for a viewing of my belongings. After 1 look, he ensured me of the size I needed. The process was quick and easy. He informed and educated me on everything I needed to know. Once I arrived back, I got lost and forgot my storage unit number. I pressed the button for help and was quickly informed. I liked that they use Philly familiar street names which made the guiding/finding unit and elevator easier. Daryl informed me of the app to use for entering the storage. The app is amazing and works perfectly. The service here was awesome, the space was beyond spacious and my experience was nothing less than a 10 out of a 10. I recommend Storage Sense in Wyncote to anyone needing extra space.”
“Looks like my first review of Extra Space Storage didn’t get published, so I am writing a follow-up to it.I continue to be impressed with how this company and the Plymouth Meeting (Lee drive) location is run. They went from an excellent facility manager Kathy to an equally excellent manager Darla. Darla listens to the clients needs and works with you to provide the best solution to your storage needs. The place is amazingly clean and has everything you’ll need for your storage needs. One time I had a few boxes fall and bind up door, the gentleman there grabbed his ladder and figured out what was interfering with the door and got me squared away. Very pleased with this place. They have great people to help you and very pleasant to do business with. Thanks to Darla again for all she done for me.”

“I’ve been here since I believe march? Never any problems, everyone is super friendly, thankful I came across them and definitely don’t plan on leaving?? the one time there was a small maintenance issue overnight and they answered right away. If you can get a spot here it’s worth the money. Everyone else, that rents here too is very nice as well. I’ve spent some nights here late working on my bikes with friends and never had any problems.”
