“So I had a bad experience with another shop who didn’t do my car properly and when I spoke with Alan he was so sweet. It was hard to trust after my experience but I decided to trust the process especially because Alan assured me he would do everything he can to make sure I have a safe drivable car. I picked my car up yesterday and it drives like it’s brand new again!!! I just wanna say thank you Alan and all of the team!!! “I brought my car into Caliber Collision on Glenside Avenue after it was hit while parked. My front bumper was dented and the trim above my tire was dented also. I was recommended there by someone who had used them and said they did great work. The experience was very smooth. From calling for an appointment to bringing my car in, to picking it up when it was repaired, it couldn't have been better.
I was sent text messages to let me know how it was coming along the entire time.
When i picked the car up, it had been cleaned inside and out. It looked better than when i brought it in. The customer service was outstanding! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone i know!”

Additionally, the staff is friendly, considerate, professional and prompt. Andy, Vince and Mike are all great guys. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this shop. Additionally, I recently took my car by the shop to take care of a dent in the fender. I though this dent could run upwards of $1,000.00, however, Andy and Vin took care of me, worked with me on pricing so the job was within my budget and it looks good as new.
