Called to set up a new service 3 times, even spoke to a supervisor and was never called back. Not a good feeling with a home security company. After the 3rd no call back i took my business elsewhere.

was a long time client of advent security and satisfied then by default went to B safe. Despite cancelling service last year via email and a phone call after to confirm, they continue to try to charge us. In addition equipment was outdated and essentially not communicating with their monitoring service and they were charging us all the while.

We were a client of Advent Security for 15 years then our account was purchased by "B Safe Security." Our company closed, our lease ended, and we provided notice to B Safe to discontinue our service. They refused our disconnection request and claimed that we were bound by a 3-year term even though we have already completed 15 years of service. Now, they have sent a collection agency after us which is demanding that we pay TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS for services we never received. "B Careful" if you are thinking of hiring this company!

Be very Careful of hiring this company. They came to upgrade our system and they left us with dead system and the manager didn’t did anything about it. Their customer support and service is the worst I have ever seen.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They were unable to repair our system and now are requesting us to pay an early cancelation fee of over 31 months. Under no circumstances, should use this company.

If I could give them zero stars, they were unable to repair their own system, and then tried to charge us a 3-year cancellation fee when we requested a cancellation fee. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid this company if you want a company that will communicate with you regarding contract renewal processes. I signed up with them over 10 yrs ago and have been a loyal customer despite some of their pitfalls when it came to poor customer service. I moved recently and I called to cancel and was told to sign and return a form that they would send me via e-mail. I was also told I would be charged if I didn't own the equipment. No worries there, it had been over 10 yrs. However, I received a bill after I moved stating I still owed them money b/c I had originally signed a 3 year contract that would renew every 3 years and I was responsible for the remaining time left on my contract. Mind you, I signed this contract in 2010. It would have been nice to have received a notice every 3 years stating my contract was going to automatically renew. Had I known, I would have looked into a shorter contract. I reluctantly payed the remaining balance on my contract b/c my hands were tied. That being said, if you're looking for a company that you can rely on to communicate their simple polices, then this is not the company for you.

Used them for 19 years! Highly recommend—reasonable price, reliable service, nice customer service. Never had any problems with our house’s security for entire 19 years

Used this security company for 19 years. Reliable/always phone called within 10-30 seconds of any problem or breach, which luckily was always our fault. Police automatically come if you don't answer the call with code you establish, great to know. Service came with Pre wired house set up, unknown cost to install if not Pre wired, though they did install sensors that needed replacement such as for a new door we installed at a reasonable price/$75 I believe. Highly recommended company, nice staff there if you ever have problems

I contacted DKS (DOORKING) about a problem with my Security Gate key pad system. I could not operate the Gate by telephone - merely got a loud hum like sound. The telephone company could not solve the problem after more than one hour of trying. DKS REFUSED to help because I am a homeowner - not a contractor. Other security sources were not helpful.I called Advent Security and left a message about the problem. My call was promptly returned by John, who solved the problem immediately. He told me which internal wire to check and he was right. Problem solved, no charge. He could not have been nicer or more professional.I now have a Security Gate company for life.(The next system I buy won't be from DKS.)
