“I dont normally post reviews but I had to in this case. I needed my car towed twice within 48 hours. I used two different companies and my experience with each couldn't be more opposite. Superior really showed that they were superior in both customer service and experience over the other company. They deserve 5 stars. The superior driver was so pleasant. He was also patient and took the time to figure out how to put my car into neutral with a broken gear shift. This prevented my car from being damaged while pulling it on and off the tow truck which was something the other company did not do. I cant express how happy I was with the service I got from Superior.”
