Great customer service Katlyn did a great job setting up our account and scheduling the installation of the propane tanks. The installer was on time as scheduled and very professional. Lastly 2Days later Sharp energy showed up to fill the tanks.Great service and customer care

We had an emergency. We are moving and I shut off the propane service too early and we ran out. I went to the office at 8:00 AM. They were down a man but still were able to make an emergency delivery by noon. I can’t thank the folks at the Orefield office enough. This was real customer service and I really appreciated it. I appreciate the immediate response by your employee. She was very sympathetic and courteous. She showed concern and took care of our need immediately. I was checking of other options but due to her immediate response I’m here to be a client. The technician was prompt helpful and courteous

I called with a propane leak at my tank which was just installed & inspected last week by Sharp & the customer service representative completely disregarded what I was telling him. I had my husband call back & they had a service technician out later that same day & yes, we had TWO propane leaks!Customer Service Representative was Terrible!Service Technician was Wonderful!

I'm a first time buyer with the company they sent the gentleman out to check the pressure and everything there was no leaks in the tank or anything else he did an A1 job real helpful he gave me information I had no idea about propane everything went well hope you him again thanks Tim

Sharp energy are theives... I have a tank half full and because I don't use it like they want me to they are picking it up but REFUSE TO REFUND me for the gas I paid for... NEVER USE THESE GUYS THEY ARE LIARS AND THEIVES! BTW I had to give them 1 star otherwise I couldn't warn everyone about them but they don't even deserve that. I am single and I don't have a job and they are stealing from an old lady... shameful

I tried for two and half months to get this company to refill my propane.After paying for a 200 pound tank refill, waiting over a month for said refill, 3 no show/no call appointments, I had enough.It was like pulling teeth to get their 'only service tech' to come out (prior to me paying for the refill) and when the guy showed up, after not having shown up 2 times prior, he was extremely rude, crude and you could tell he hated his job. He was here for all of 35 seconds and left.A week later, I call them, because no surprise I haven't heard from them and I have to pre-pay for the propane. Ok, not a problem but why didn't anyone follow up with me? I had been calling every other day prior to this. I make the payment over the phone to a lady, wish I could remember her name, and she tells me it'll be at most a week.And that brings us to today, 3 months after initial contact and appointments setup.Called and spoke with a man that had to look into it BEFORE he could refund me. Then had to email me a message for me to reply to stating I wanted a refund, yet again.This place is ridiculous and clearly doesn't care about customer service.Take your business elsewhere.Edit: refund is being processed but doesn't change the review

Are high when I had a family tragedy you guys stepped in Lisa needs a raise she takes care of us very respectful I’m trying to refer my friends to transfer over to you guys as long as I have my house always sharp energy pleasant and amazing customer service and on time delivery when the lady hears my voice she knows exactly who I am amazing company keep it up you guys I try to refer people to you thank you for you hard service and dedication means a lot
