The most ignorant people to deal with. I was missing a lot of mail and had to talk to a supervisor so my mailman got mad and actually tried to get me in trouble with my landlord …. You can’t make this stuff up :)

Major issues with clerks trying to overcharge! Everytime! Yet 100% accuracy at the peckville branch. I asked for the supervisor. And the clerk committing the overcharge refused to let me see one. But a lady/supv wandered out anyways. And did nothing but threaten to call the police. Usps tries to commit theft and they wanna call the cops on me? Outrageous. This office stinks in everyway

Clea and nice, spacious post office. I usually cone here because they are opened on Saturdays. As well as have extended hours. It is usually in and out here. The staff member that assists me on Saturdays is quick and helpful.

Everytime I get a package through this post office it’s always the same excuse “Where did you get it Amazon? Well it’s lost we got the pallet but your package wasn’t on it. Call Amazon. Next” like I don’t have any problems with anyone else somehow package after package gets lost at this exact place and not only that super rude service.Also I called Amazon explained how it wasn’t them and that it’s the post offices fault and they where super great enough to give me free prime and to replace my stuff for free!

Literally the most incompetent post office I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with - they’ve misplaced CERTIFIED LETTERS that I have gotten notices for TWICE. Absolutely ridiculous service - beyond slow and beyond unhelpful. Fire the lot of them and start over.

I do not understand how there’s always a problem with my package delivery. Sometimes they drop it off no problem, and other times they just leave a slip in my mailbox saying they couldn’t deliver it??? Why? Ive literally watched them pull into my drive way and drop off a package, and then two days later just leave a slip in my mailbox and tell me I have to come pick my package up. It is so frustrating.

I have lived at the same address for 3 years, they deliver my mail in the wrong box, even after I complained to the office and same postal man I’ve had for 3 years!!!! Now when i need packages, even if i pay next day shipping. I can never receive them. They leave it at someone else’s house or send it back. I have tried to call , no answer. When i go in no one seems to want to help me. Its sad . But now something worth hundreds has been forwarded to someone else’s house because they couldn’t find mine lol. Wow . It’s starting to look a way. I hope this is seen so i can finally get some help!
