This place is awesome the staff Ms.turner is absolutely wonderful with follow up calls and making sure everything is in order it’s clean no issues truck was perfect cold ac when needed the truck was ready on pickup paperwork was quick and easy would recommend to anyone for business

Liz was absolutely horrible to me!! I was having trouble with personal things in my life and she was the most unsympathetic person I had ever had the displeasure of doing business with! She didn't even have the decency to be kind and patient with me when I was having issues paying my rent. Everything was about her and how hard it was on her. When I was going through the worst time of my life, which has been nonstop for the last two years, she couldn't have cared less. Who would ever do business with someone who behaves like that???

I have been renting a storage unit from Olyphant Self Storage for several years now . I love knowing that I can come and go as early or as late as needed . The facility is immaculately clean and reasonably priced . The office staff were nice enough to call me the other day when I forgot to lock my unit . I feel confident that my belongings are secure and safe .

Our stuff was stored in a climate controlled unit and when we went to go take it out, it had mold all over it. The owner refused to do anything. We had to pay to have all of our furniture cleaned.

Stopped in over the weekend to help a friend retrieve a few items from her storage unit. I was impressed with the level of security at the property and the cleanliness of everything.
