My 15yo son worked with Kaleena for (3) months. He really enjoyed the one on one training. He made so much progress in this short time. Great people at CrossFit. We will be coming back for more training after football season. Thanks again! Tom Passmore

Crossfit Vertex has top rate coaches who really care about your goals and are super helpful and encouraging!! There are multiple classes daily and also plenty of times for open gym so that you can work on your personal goals. The community is extremely friendly, too!!

Joined a couple of months ago because my kids kept calling me chunky. I’ve lost more than 10lbs and feel great. It’s a very welcoming community and the coaches care about you improving. Definitely one of the best decisions I’ve made.
