“This is Ken. I am so glad that I contacted Veterans Promise. I was contacted within 24 hours of my request and was approved the same day... which was so key for me as my issue was extremely time-sensitive. The service that Dave provided was top-notch...these folks truly care!”

“Friendly staff, and I have to thank Tara Joyce for all her hard work and effort she has put into her career/job. As well as the gratitude I have for her for guiding me and showing me how to be a positive, strong, and better person no matter the circumstances. Even when I felt low for asking for help, she made me feel human and comfortable, and definitely, she has manifested a confidence in me that I will forever be grateful for.”

“I volunteered here for community service and it was a great place to be. Behind closed doors these people are just as welcoming and kind as they are on the outside. I felt good doing good for others. They could always use extra help and donations. They actually do help people in need.”

“I don’t normally write reviews, but I was so thoroughly impressed by this shop that I felt I had to. I’m not from PA, and this store was so much nicer AND cheaper than the ones back home. Looks more like a high-end boutique than a Goodwill. And the clerk Angel really was an angel, chatting affably with every customer. Kudos! ?”

“Jeff the greeter at the goodwill is a legend, always a smile and on point with all his work.

Seeing him on an advert over 45 mins drive away at the Goodwill in the Poconos was a HUGE surprise for us.

Keep up the good work Jeff”

“I love vintage clothing and I love the fact that I can buy gently used coats, shoes and blue jeans here. What I like best about the jeans is by the time they hit the store they've been washed so many times if it fit you when you try it on here it's going to stay that size and will continue to fit you unless you gain weight or lose weight. There's always a lot of cool household items that you didn't think you needed. I still own a record player and CD player and you can get those items here just make sure you open them so they are not scratched... before you buy them. This is a great way to recycle everything. I donate all my things that I no longer need to these types of stores so they don't end up in the landfill. Just make sure what you're donating is usable and it would be something you would want to buy... not in condition where yes you should throw it in the garbage. If it's garbage please throw it in the garbage.”

“We love our local Y! From swim lessons and family swim time, to child watch for mom time, to camp in the summer, we rarely are away for more than a few days. The staff is friendly and kind, and the facility is beautiful. The family membership fee has been a steal for the way we use all of its features. Don’t wait to join, it’s so worth it!”

“Both doctors were remarkable and really listened to my concerns. I felt comfortable being open and honest about how I felt taking medications. This place has been life changing for me and even suggested ADHD coaching which has been a tremendous help! I wish I had gone sooner.”
