“I went here yesterday and was so impressed with the excellence in customer care/service by Jaxon. I always take my Rogue to Nissan for service and don't receive the level of service there that Jaxon provided. My windshield wiper fluid ran out so I ran by this location of Valvoline to see if they would fill it for me. They were very busy that day yet still Jaxon, with approval by his manager, took the time to fill a plastic container and come out to fill it for me. While I was there I asked his opinion as I had gone through a local drive-through car wash that tore my rubber seal off the left side of my windshield. I was so worried I would have to buy a new seal. Jaxon took the time to look at it for me, was so knowledgeable, and helped me figure out that when I had my windshield replaced a few years ago, whatever adhesive they used didn't last. Because of his advice, I called the windshield repair company, and they are going to reapply the adhesive to the rubber seals on both sides of my windshield at no charge. I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate Jaxon for going out of his way to help me and his manager for allowing him to. Thank you Jaxon!”
