I switched to this pharmacy because it was a preferred pharmacy with my insurance and it is much closer than the pharmacy I had been using and very happy with for 20 plus years. I guess I was spoiled with my old pharmacy as they would auto fill all of my perscriptions on file so I could just stop and pick them up. Now certain meds get auto filled and others I must call and request that they fill them. Sometimes there's a 1 or 2 day difference on when the insurance will cover it so I end up having to make several trips a week. I didn't have this at my old pharmacy. Now that I have been going there for a while I am starting to get used to asking about perscriptions that come do in a day or so and try to make less trips. The other issue is when they text saying a perscription is ready and I am waiting for another one to be filled in a couple days, when I go to pick them up I'm told that the first perscription was put back and that I need to wait for them to fill it again. I end up walking around in the store waiting on a text saying that it's ready. Not a huge deal if I wasn't waiting on a knee replacement and shoulder surgery. Hopefully this doesn't happen that often.

Don't go during lunch hour. Everyone in pharmacy takes lunch at same time. That would be at 1 p.m. when I'm available.

Great and helpful employees, too bad they are going with less checkout employees and more with the annoying self checkout.

Generally, I like them, but just spent 40 minutes driving there and back to find them closed because they did not update their hours on their website. Ugh!

Employees are exceptionally nice, much more so than the average grocery store. A nice neighborhood grocer.

Even the self checkouts don't work. Way understaffed with cashiers. The employees are terrific, but don't waste your time with the store manager. It's "not his fault" . He's "only been here 3 weeks" and customers are the problem. Save yourself a headache, drive to Reading.

This is the only pharmacy that takes forever to fill a simple antiobiotic. Each time I come here I wait over 45 minutes and no one else is here! What are they doing????? They never even bother to apologize. I only come here because it's 2 minutes from my house when we aren't feeling well... but really not worth it.

I have shopped and gotten my medicine at Weis for the last several years. I never have an issue unless Danielle the pharmacist is working. Then its nothing but witnessing attitude and disrespect toward customers and patients. I have also been on the receiving end of it myself several times normally I brush it off but there was a big discrepancy with a medication of mine and instead of owning up to it or apologizing I received attitude and disregard. This to me in unacceptable if working with the public is so hard pick a different profession. Everyone is entitled to a bad day but this is recurring event.

I hate that pharmacy I put in for my med and I have to wait till there ready to fill them witch takes days and the people are not friendly they aways worry what the insurance comp wants well they can hit override and I'm willing to pay for some of my own scripts insurens should have nothing to do with that if I pay for it they suck and I'm going elsewhere for my meds.
