We have worked with LTL Consultants for over 23 years on many different construction projects .Their staff is Knowledgeable , Fair, and Professional.The inspectors are punctual and their office is easy to communicate and schedule with!!!

LTL consultants were absolutely fantastic to work with when I needed to get an electric underwriter to inspect my property. They were very easy to communicate with and they were lightening fast in getting to my property to inspect. I would recommend them to anyone in need of an Electrical inspection!!!!!

This was my first experience getting a permit in my township where LTL is the consultant and it was disappointing. The original permit fee was triple what neighboring municipalities charge. The Township did recalculate my permit fee after I disputed it but I would encourage folks to double-check for themselves to make sure they are not being overcharged like I was.

This company does not return phone calls. They are not a good inspection company. I will never try to use this company for my construction jobs.

Refuse to return my phone calls, specifically their commercial building inspectors. Spread false rumors and misinformation on a property for sale. Overall about as negative and unprofessional an experience as I've ever had with a "professional" organization. I terminated an agreement of sale because of LTL consultant's misleading information, refusal to call back and complete lack of help. Oley Township residents deserve better.
