I now use the Old Forge store as the pharmacist and store associates are pleasant and treat customers well.This is difficult to find in a rite aid in luzerne county.Added plus store is clean and in a safe area surrounded by old forge pizza places!

They’re too busy and corporate needs to offer their workers more money so they aren’t so overwhelmed. They can’t even answer the phones due to all the scripts, vaccines, and COVID calls. They’re doing their best but it’s not fair to put so much stress on the team

My mother got her covid booster shot there and her visit there was not pleasant at all.you should treat people in a compassionate manner and try to keep them comfortable. She lady that gave her the vaccine came off miserable and made my mother uncomfortable .
